This large holiday villa is perfect for large groups wanting to be close to Puerto Banus to enjoy both the beaches and the nightlife. A car is NOT necessary as shops, restaurants, bars and even a supermarket can be reached on foot. We can easily organise airport transfers for you if you wish. The villa is set in private gardens, which has a private swimming pool and a covered pavilion. The pavilion is located next to the pool and provides a great place to hide away, or for dinning alongside the pool. The lounge is light, airy and provides a relaxing atmosphere. There is full English TV and movies on demand in the lounge area. The large kitchen has a small breakfast table, but mostly our clients prefer eating out in one of the many restaurants. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a guest toilet. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an en-suite shower room. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, two bedrooms share a bathroom and the other bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. It is possible to fit another single bed in one of these bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom can be accessed via a spiral stairs and has a large en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub (not a Jacuzzi bath). All bedrooms have Air Conditioning. This villa is really ideal for large groups - maybe for stag and hen parties. (NOTE: From the street to the villa there is a steep flight of stairs, so it is not wheelchair accessible). Air conditioning and internet is included in the price of weekly holiday rentals.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
