I am living in the house so we would spend some time together. I will also be in work here and there.
I adore my home, and would expect others to treat it with respect, but to enjoy their time here also.
My home has 3 bedrooms and I will be present in the house. I offer a double room, either on a long-term basis or short-term for little visits to Porthcawl (there is also a spare mattress in this room for one extra guest). I also offer a single room for 25 pounds (to be found on airbnb site also). Please be aware that you might not be the only guest/s in the house as both rooms might be taken, as well as myself being present.
I like to think of myself as a positive and happy person. I must admit, I really enjoy being able to offer my home to others and hope that their experience will be a good and memorable one (for the right reasons!) .. If you need any help or tips about the area, I'm very happy to offer local knowledge and support. I will be present in the house, but I will be at work at times also.
My interests include travel, especially Europe.. I love history, art history and appreciation, museums, speak a little French and would love to become fluent. I also love all sorts of music, theatre, musical theatre and would like to get to know opera more. I recently saw the 'Pearl Fishers' by Bizet performed by the English National Opera.. it was wonderful. I cycle, walk and swim in the sea here at 'Rest Bay,' it's a lovely beach.
I love healthy food, Mediterranean types.. I'm not really an indulger in fish and chips, which is a shame as there is plenty on offer in Porthcawl!
Hope to meet you soon!
