Modern apartment, built in 2014, with 180 degrees stunning view over the city of Tromsø, the fjord and the Kvaløya mountains. Enjoy the evening view and view of the midnight sun and in wintertime the Northern Lights from the living room.
We are mountaineering people and love skiing. Perfect place for people who want to explore North Norwegian nature! Twenty minutes by bicycle or eleven minutes by city buss to Tromsø centrum. Two bicycles included free of charge in summer time. RS -Vision 15 feet sailing boat available for rent for experienced sailors on request in our boathouse, only 2 km from the apartment.
The high-tech NEFF kitchen is fully equipped. The living room contains a clean-burning fireplace, dining table for 6 to 8 guests, and a sofa. WiFi and modern ventilation system. Outside the kitchen a spacious 40 square meter sheltered mark terrace is at your disposal with a beautiful view. There are three bedrooms in the apartment, two with double beds. Heated tiled floors in kitchen, bathroom and entrance hall. Towels and linen is included.
Access through the back door to popular hiking route to mountain “Fløya”, 671 m above sea level, with beautiful scenery and Tromsø’s cable car “Fjellheisen”.
Twenty minutes from Tromsø airport. We welcome our guests on arrival and are available in the neighbour house.
NB - Road construction work during working hours in the neighbourhood from November 2016 to June 2017.

We are a family with 3 children (19, 16 and 12 years old). Love skiing (Randonnè), sailing, biking and hiking. I work at the University hospital in Tromsø. My husband works with how to keep the ocean clean.
