This 1066 sq ft home is located in Montavilla near Berrydale Park. Walking through the carved wooden door finds you in the living space. Living room with cozy fireplace to the right and dining room to the left. Just beyond the dining room is a fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher. Down the hall are three restful bedrooms and a full bath with tub. You have access to the 205 Multi Use Path which is great for biking, hiking, walking or a leisurely stroll. Close to freeways. The MAX and bus lines. This is the perfect home base in order to explore Portland. The home sleeps six with two queen sized beds and two twin beds.

We schedule check ins by appointment between 3pm and 10pm. We greet our guests personally and answer any questions that they may have. After that we are merely a telephone call or text away should you desire anything. Please be prepared to present photo identification that matches the booking profile. All guests must be present for check in.

Only registered guests staying at this home can be checked in at the appointed hour. Check in is 3 - 10 pm by appointment. Please be prepared to show photo id that matches your profile. Please choose a time for check in when all members of the Guest Count are available to meet the Host. We cannot check in by proxy. Early Check In may be possible at a rate of $25/hr. Please inquire.
Please include all human beings and all pets in your guest count.
Guest agrees that this home is to be used for the personal quiet enjoyment of the registered Guests. All Guests staying in the home must be registered to the booking profile. All Guests must be named in the message thread and all Guests must confirm that they have read the House Rules and agree to abide by them. Gatherings greater than the Guest’s named on this Agreement is not allowed. Absolutely no visitors. Violation of this policy will result in all Guests being asked to leave with no refund.
Animals must be pre-approved and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. Please be prepared to provide us with current health records including immunizations and flea prevention. Pets cannot be left unattended if they display anxiety or disturb neighbors. The Guest will be required to find a day care facility for their animal.
The Air That We Breathe
The Guest understands that this is a no smoking, burning, vaping inside the home and garage including but not limited to candles, incense, tobacco and herbs. For the safety of all Guests residing in this property this Guest agrees not to disable smoke detectors in the dwelling. Responsible smoking outdoors is allowed and Guests are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of smoking materials in a safe manner. Do not bring used smoking materials (butts) into the home for disposal.
Peace, Love and Harmony
Please show courtesy to our neighbors. Any gatherings in excess of the registered house guests is not allowed. This home is intended for the enjoyment of registered guests only. Absolutely, no outside visitors.
Failure to abide by this rule will result in the entire party being asked to leave with no refund due.
The Environment Inside
Windows must be closed when the house is being heated or cooled. Please dial down at night or when you are away in order to conserve energy and lower our carbon footprint.
This home is not zoned for any commercial/business endeavors including but not limited to sales, service or storage or manufacturing materials/products. The property is to used for a residence, not for a profit.
The Guest will prevent mold growth in the home and maintain the home in the condition that it is received.
Laundry/Garage/ Backyard Access
Our washer and dryer is inside the garage. You will also find access to the back yard through the garage. Host will need access to the garage for yard maintenance without notice.
Please wash, dry and put away your dishes. Keep the kitchen clean and pay forward supplies for the next Guest.
Keeping it Clean
This home is self-housekeeping. Please return it to us in the condition that you received it in. To re-stock household products you will find Fred Meyers is within walking distance at Gateway which is 99th, just north of Glisan, along with a host of other stores. There is also Target, Home Depot and other stores at the 205 Mall.
Check out is prior to 11 am. If you require a late check out please inquire at least 48 hours in advance. Late check out is subject twenty-five dollars per hour fee paid in advance.
When it is time for you to leave please return the home to us in the condition that you received it. Additional instructions provided when you arrive. Including the WiFi password. Guest agrees to abide by any written or verbal requests of the Host. Guest understands that the Host has access to the property without notice to maintain the yard and that Host has access to the interior of the home with 24 hour notice posted on the front door of the home or by e-mailing the Guest notice.
Guest agrees to reimburse Host for damages that exceed the security deposit.
