3 Bedroom in a true Charleston Victorian
Flexible rates and dates available!!!! This home was constructed in 1890 in Historic Elliotborough downtown Charleston, South Carolina.
Elliotborough is a great up and coming neighborhood, culturally diverse located 2 blocks from upper Kings St. where all the new exciting restaurants, shopping and night clubs are. "79B Victorian Manor" has original heart pine flooring, fireplaces and ornamental window/ door trim, plaster walls and ceiling, the original details have been preserved.

"79B Victorian Manor" is 3 bedroom 2.5 bath has been updated but still retains the old world charm people look for when staying in downtown Charleston. "Seventy Nine" features modern appliances such as central heating and air conditioning. gas range, washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen, Internet WIFI, cable quality bed and bath linens, Off street parking is available. All this at an affordable price!
WildFlour Bakery is next door.

Pricing: My units will appear to cost more than many listings because I am in one of the only legal areas of Charleston to rent short term. My price includes all accommodation taxes 13.5%

A door code will be provided a few days before your arrival, also included will be a website with directions and a site map of HSA please review map before you leave home to become familiar with the property.

Ellliotborough is a Culturally diverse, eclectic mix of unique restaurants, stores and boutiques. This is a great LOCALS part of town, not far from the tourist areas but you fell like you are part of the scene.

Taxi fee's anywhere downtown are a flat rate fee of $6 don't be persuaded to pay more.

Beware of Pedi-Cabs, negotiate before getting aboard.

All PETS must be approved prior to arrival. I have a pet fee of $100 Non-refundable deposit. No pets on the couch or beds, up to $150 additional fee for excessive pet clean up. There is a $200 pet fee if a pet is found in the unit without permission

I get along with everyone, love to travel meet new people and cultures.I have several rentals in Historic downtown Charleston, SC its a "must" destination. I have been in hospitality since I was 18 in Key West, it is in my blood to understand and be able to make people comfortable and happy.
