Description

Room with double bed available in a typical flat in Bairro Alto! Situated in one of the most typical and bohemian neighborhoods, authentic during the day, center of nightlife in the evening. Sunny and bright room.

Our house is a two room appartment - each with a double bed - with an extra room in the attic. I'm currently the only one living in the flat, so the other room avaibable is the one where you will sleep after each great day spent in Lisbon. Bright and sunny room, wooden floors. We're on the last floor of this building in the middle of Bairro Alto, which by the way is a survivor to the massive Lisbon earthquake of 1755.

You can use everything in our kitchen; we can provide you with towels; the beds of course have sheets; we have a washing machine.

I interact just as much as you want me to. I won't be home a lot because of my job, but if you want to hang out with me in my free time, I just take you along!

Bairro Alto is one of the most authentic neighborhoods of the city, where you can experience the local life of one of the oldest cities in the world. At night, this neighborhood will provide you with a lot of entertainment - small bars, restaurants, fado - since this turns into the center of the nightlife of Lisbon at night! (Rua da Rosa is already a quieter street though, don't worry!)

You can basically walk to all the main sights of the city, except to Belém. Well, if you really really like to walk of course :) If you prefer to take buses, the metro or the iconic tram 28, there are bus stops and tram stops at one minute walking from the flat and metro station Baixa-Chiado at about 5-10 minutes walking.

I'm Yoke, a Belgian 26 year old girl living in Lisbon since some years, the city where I fell in love with a couple of years years ago. I'm living alone in this flat in one of the nicest historical neighborhoods of the city of the seven hills. Being a tourist guide in Lisbon and surroundings, you're at the right address at Rua da Rosa 155 for tips and tricks! Due to my work, I have irregular and very long workdays, so although it's a shared flat and I'll be living there during your stay, I can assure you will have the flat to your own a big part of the time, but you'll always be provided with a big amount of recommendations for places and restaurants to visit.
