This unit is recently remodeled and it is centrally located in a residential area.
To help ensure that you all enjoy your stays here, I have adopted some House Rules based on common sense and courtesy to others. I ask your cooperation in observing them. My goal is to make sure your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible while setting some guidelines so that my apartment remains in good condition for not only me but future renters, and for you when you return.
Check-In Time is 3:00 PM PST
Check-Out Time is 11:00 AM PST
This agreement does not create a tenancy or residence. You must depart at the appropriate time.
This is a NON-SMOKING Unit: There is no smoking allowed inside but you can smoke in the back yard.
No loud parties allowed.
Pets are not permitted in this unit.
No damage is done to the unit or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
None of the unit's decorative contents (artwork, nick-knacks) are missing or broken.
All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the dumpster, and soiled dishes are washed.
No linens are lost or damaged.
All keys are returned in the lock box and the unit is locked up and safe.
All expenses incurred by renter for services rendered in regard to the unit are paid in full prior to departure.
No charges are incurred due to contraband or collections of rents or services rendered during your stay.
Payment: All payments are required to be on time.
No Daily Maid Service: The cleaning Fee covers a complete cleaning after you depart. There are no other cleaning services.
It is recommended to bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
Falsified Reservation: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies received. The party will not be permitted to check in.
Parking: There is a designated carport for parking one car.
Exceptions: Any exceptions to these rules must be in writing.
Common Area: The common area should be kept clean and free of rubbish and storage.
No equipment or personal belonging are to be placed or stored in/on common areas.
Toys, shoes, etc. must be kept inside the unit.
Garbage and Recycling Bins: Make sure your garbage is thoroughly drained and put in paper or plastics bags to help reduce the attraction of pests. Recycle receptacles for aluminum cans, glass, plastic bottles and newspapers are located next to the garbage can.
Safety: For safety reason, please be sure that the controls of the electric stove turned to the off position when not in use and no food or other objects are left on the stove top.
