This was our second time staying at this airbnb and we loved it just as much as we did the first time! It is such a perfect apartment and we feel so at home there. Ravello is a dream, and this apartment makes you feel like you are really living there and not just visiting. Achille was great and super helpful with check-in and check-out, the apartment is super clean, and the terrace area is one of the best views in all of Ravello! We hope to stay again soon!

What a gem! Alberto was such a wonderful host. He was there waiting for us and helped us with our bags and then explained everything in detail. His apartment is located perfectly nestled with locals, you will feel absolutely immersed in the culture. The views from the balcony are impeccable. Sit out there with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine before dinner. Apartment is spacious enough for 4 with a nice open kitchen area and seating at kitchen table or balcony table. Like the entire Amalfi coast, there is a great deal of walking, but it comes with the territory. Just be prepared with comfortable shoes and a good attitude. We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants or slightly further to town for breakfasts and dinner. On our first day, we hiked down to Minori and Maori and then back up! Definitely quite the workout, and we are in very good shape, but worth it. On our second day, we hiked down to Atrani and through to Amalfi and took the SITA bus back up. We loved Minori, Maori, and Atrani. Amalfi is a zoo. Ravello is such an amazing little town. It isn't touristy at all and has some of the best food we've had on the Amalfi Coast. After Ravello, we headed to Positano, which left us quite disappointed and longing for Ravello. When we return to this beautiful region, we will definitely stay in Ravello and make day trips to the extremely touristy towns like Positano and Amalfi.

As promised, the views from Alberto's house are breathtaking. Alberto’s dad Archille checked us in and was helpful with his tips for getting around the town and he saved a parking spot for us as close as possible to the house. I’m not sure how many people drive to this destination as the roads are tight and parking is not easy. Because of this, we did not use the car during our four days and instead, took the public bus to the surrounding towns. The house is situated up on a hill and be prepared to walk 15 minutes to the main town area and restaurants. Going back home after a long day can be tiring but certainly burns calories. The house is lovely and breezy and we spent enjoyable hours on the balcony taking in the stunning views. It’s a bit smaller than expected and though there was a dining table, the living space was mainly out on the deck. The first couple of days were rather windy and cool which limited our deck time and when the weather turned hot, we could only sit outside around dusk. But I would imagine one would be out exploring the Almalfi Coast and not staying in! Though there are two bathrooms, they are small with only one shower, which was rather tight. Archille warned us when we checked in that the water may be turned off periodically due to the town’s restriction on water usage and fortunately, it was only for the first night. Thereafter, we had running water but slow pressure for the shower. Overall, a great experience in this beautiful town.

Alberto's dad, Achille, was waiting for us (we were late) and he actually came to find us because we had got lost. He provide us with maps and instructions to move around the area, and he helped us get a discount in parking. We travelled all around Amalfi, and in our opinion, Ravello is the best place if you're looking for a chill and relaxing experience. It's a very quiet town with amazing views and a lot of palaces. And if you stay with Alberto, you're very close to everything in the town (10 min walk), while still having one of the best views in the area. Completely recommended!

I can't recommend this place highly enough! The apartment is adorable and the view is stunning. Alberto was responsive and friendly. When we got to Ravello we met with Alberto's parents who were incredibly sweet and helpful. They helped us with parking, had maps ready for us, gave us restaurant recommendations, etc. There are a lot of steps to climb to get from the square where the restaurants are to the apartment so just make sure you wear comfortable shoes:) This place is wonderful and my husband and I hope to go back someday!

Alberto provided excellent communication beforehand and Pippo was there to welcome us when we arrived. Importantly the apartment had a lovely feel to it and both views and amenities were accurately described. It was a perfect size for the two of us and resides in a lovely neighbourhood a short walk from Ravello's centre. As for Ravello and the environs, we could not have wished for more. Thank you Alberto for allowing us to share in this delightful part of he Amalfi Coast.

A lovely apartment with breath-taking views over Minori. Achille and Anna, Alberto's parents were there for check-in and gave us lots of useful information about Ravello and the surrounding area. There are lots of maps and info in the apartment. A lovely day trip was taking the commuter boat from Minori to Amalfi, and walking to Atrani through the pedestrian tunnel, spending a few hours at the beach, then to A Paranza for an amazing lunch. Another, is a walk from Ravello to Minori through the lemon groves. The views are those of Gennaro Contaldo's book Passione.
