West Cliff Drive is the premier spot on the NorCal coast to walk, people watch, surf, bike, and enjoy spectacular sunsets. We are also minutes to the famed Santa Cruz Boardwalk with rides and nightlife, great west side restaurants, wineries, and bistros a 5-minute bike ride away, and funky downtown with bookstores, old movie houses, and coffee shops. Our peaceful oasis by the sea is a great place enjoy the sound of the ocean by night and two nice swimming beaches a short walk. The owner is an artist in the has recently renovated the main mid-century house on the property. Watch the garden grow and site come alive again each time you visit!

The bus runs one block away to all over town. We've got some beach cruiser bikes which can get you downtown and just about anywhere in Santa Cruz, including the boardwalk.

We live in the main house on the property (with separate yards) so we are available if you need anything. If we are traveling our property manager will be available anytime day or night to answer questions or help with concerns.

Due to the severe drought in California, we ask guests to please limit shower time and in general observe the local laws regarding water conservation. Thank you in advance. We are big advocates of taking care of our ocean and city. Please recycle, conserve the amount of garbage that is created and please be mindful of our unique environment.

I am an artist, working on environmental issues. We have returned from central Europe, after many years abroad, so you may hear us speaking a funny language that barely has vowels. I still cannot believe that we've landed in this glorious spot on the planet, surrounded by dolphins and the great Pacific at our doorstep. Feeling blessed!
