As the house is on a steep hill the apartment is a ground floor unit (500 sq ft) we do have Low ceilings ( so not advisable if you are extremely tall). The ceiling measure about 6ft 5in so please if this is an issue please consider your booking. 1 Queen size bed in separate room. Table chairs etc. Fully working kitchen. Personal Bathroom. Great walk in overhead shower

We believe in privacy. We will do our utmost to meet and greet. As we also live on the property we are normally around. We are happy to give advice on places of interest how to get there etc.
Great neighborhood lots to do, Lake over the hill, 3 mile joggers path around the lake. 15 mins from Downtown, Dodger Stadium, Echo Park, Griffith Park and Observatory, Hollywood, Easy access to freeways. 2, 5, 101. The accommodation is walking distance to lots of great bars and restaurants.
Public bus service less than 2 mins walk from house. Great for UBER. Street parking is unrestricted though we are on a hill so wheels need to be turned.
The apartment is below a residential unit, The unit does have low ceilings and it is NOT recommended for people over 6.5 and at times you may hear footsteps sounds from above though after 9pm its pretty quiet.
The Apartment is a NO SMOKING apartment.
Please keep volume of music down to a reasonable level especially after 10.
There is No onsite laundry for personal washing.
If you need any of the linen washing due to accident etc. then we are more than happy to help.
Please respect the privacy of the back garden.
The drive way may be used to load/unload otherwise please keep clear. If you do happen to park in the drive blocking vehicles DO NOT leave the premises.
Street Parking is free and unrestricted. Park facing uphill with wheels turned out on our side of the street and wheels in on other side of street They will ticket you if not done.
Garbage disposal is a Thursday morning. Please leave bagged trash outside so I can dispose of. Blue Bin is for bottles recyclable items. Black bin is for general garbage.
Please report any breakages ASAP so that we can fix.
NO Fighting or drunken behavior on premises. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy and bookings will be immediately cancelled and you will be asked to find alternative lodgings.

Both my wife and myself are working professionals. Im a entertainment event photographer and my wife a hair colorist. We have lived in Silverlake, Los Angles for the past 12 years and both love the atmosphere and ease of living in this area.
