À propos de ce logement
Beautiful ground floor garden flat in a converted period building. Centrally located with easy access to the Northern and Victoria lines while buses also run from nearby into town and down towards Brixton and Clapham. Great cafes and pubs nearby too
The property has nice tall ceilings and period features. There is a beautiful working fire place which is very cosy in winter despite the fact that the living room is large. In the bedroom the bed is super king size with a luxurious mattress, hungarian goose down duvet and Egyptian cotton sheets. There is also a TV mounted in the bedroom for a lazy lie in or a night in watching films. The kitchen has all the usual plus dishwasher, washer/dryer is pretty spacious and will comfortably seat 6 around the table for dinner. The garden gets the sun all day and again you can get 6 around the bench for dinner cooked on the Weber deluxe BBQ. There are two well equipped gyms nearby which you can use for £5 per day or £20 for the month

I am happy to meet up to give some advice on the area but will also leave some info sheets for you. If I am in London you can call me for advice on anything, if I am away I may be a little bit harder to get hold of.
The flat is two streets back from the nearest main road making it very quiet for so central in London. It is not a useful through road for drivers either meaning very few cars pass down it and there is always parking (although you need guest passes on weekdays). A plaque marking the fact that Van Gough lived on the street is visible a few doors down and there is a small pedestrianised road in his memory which has a basketball hoop where kids can play. There is a sports club at the bottom of the street where you can hire a 6-aside football pitch. Near Oval you have a great cafe called the Oval lounge for breakfast and an equally nice pub for Sunday lunch of a few drinks at night. For a more lively time Brixton is only a few bus stops to the south and I'd highly recommend checking out Brixton Village for a unique range of pop up restaurants.
You can get to every part of central London via two branches of the Northern line or Victoria line, while there are also plenty of buses.
I share the building with neighbours so late night partying is impractical and guests looking for this type of property should look elsewhere. Otherwise, I'd appreciate it left as tidy is possible. I don't want to throw food out before gusts arrive as it seems a waste but feel free to eat what's in the fridge. Or let me know if you are bringing lots of food and need the fridge cleared.

I am an adopted Londoner having lived here since 2007 but am equally happy getting out of the city especially during summer. I enjoy watching sport more than playing these days but otherwise love eating out and drinking with friends. Very keen to make sure guests enjoy themselves so if there is anything I can do please give me a shout particularly with advice on London
