The kitchen is accessed via the sitting room and is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
The good sized double bedroom faces the dock and has a king size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers and flat screen Freeview TV.
The bathroom has an over bath shower and there is a box room offering a little extra storage space.
There are areas of exposed brickwork in the sitting room and bedroom.
