This very tastefully furnished apartment is located in one of the best places to live in Malaga in a quiet hillside. The house is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden. The city-center can be reached in 15 minutes by car or bus.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor with direct access to the comunal landscaped garden area and the pool, to be used exclusively by owners and tenants of the residential complex. The beach can be reached on foot in about 15 min.

The district is called "Cerrado de Calderon", one of the best places to live in Malaga with lots of greenery around. The social structure can be described as "Upmarket middle class" and "Wealthy". Supermarket, bank, pharmacy and restaurants in a distance of about 150 yards.
One of the best schools for Spanish courses, the "Instituto Malaca" lies just opposite the apartment, about 3 to 5 minutes on foot.
A taxi from the airport to apartment costs about 25 €. There is also a bus connection from the airport to downtown. The fare is 3 € per person. Get off the bus at the last stop, in the park. From there a taxi to the apartment costs about 6 to 8 €.
Your way by car from the airport to the apartment:
If you will be traveling without navigation device, I would like to describe the best way from the airport to your apartment: Starting at the airport follow the signs towards Puerto and MA-22. When you reach the harbor, bear right and drive right on the edge of the port. Shortly thereafter, you will have reached the waterfront. Follow this for about 2 km. Shortly after you will have lost the direct view of the sea to your right hand side, you will see on the left side of the road a cluster of eucalyptus trees. Change over to the left lane. Then, after about 100 m, turn left immediately after you will have passed a pedestrian traffic light. Then turn left once again, ie. then driving in the opposite direction. Move over to the right lane immediately. After approximately 100 m you see a bus stop to your right. Immediately after the bus stop turn right. The road then goes up steeply. Then you will get to a roundabout which you leave on the last exit. Now you have reached the Calle Flamencos and after about 150 meters you will see the yellow boundary wall of the property and the main gate. Left hand at the main gate you see door bells. Toll number 7. There is an intercom. I'll answer immediately and come to the gate to welcome you.
During your stay:
Bus line 33 connects the apartment with downtown. The bus stop is right outside the premisses. Taxis can be found 150 yards away. The fare to the center is about 6-8 euros.
The apartment is also particularly suitable as a base for exploring the countless cultural monuments of Andalucia: Granada, Cordoba, Seville, Ronda, to name only the most important. The apartment is also ideal for longer-term lease, for escaping the sometimes harsh winter months of Central and Northern Europe. Special rates for long term-lease on request.

One last thing: The kitchen is also equipped with a dish washer. A travel cot and a high chair for a baby are also available.
