A comfortable & stylish 3 bedroom apartment opposite the Town Hall Hotel. Less than 5 minutes from Bethnal Green tube, 10 minutes from the City/Shoreditch. Walking distance to Broadway Market, Columbia Rd & Victoria Park. perfect for groups.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 but 2 further guests could stay on the sofa bed in the office space if needed. The open-plan living space downstairs is light and airy and the whole place is pretty quiet for central London as it is on a cul-de-sac. There is a ground floor loo as well as a recently refitted bathroom upstairs with monsoon shower and whirlpool bath. This is the first time we've rented the place on Air BnB but have previously rented it out through Foxtons and had excellent feedback from everyone who has stayed here.

L'appartement de Sam est très bien situé dans Londres, c'est proche de la gare (à seulement 15 minutes en métro), proche de la city, il y a beaucoup de marchés très sympa à côté et il est proche du métro (2 minutes à pieds !). Il est spacieux, très propre, il y a tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin, Sam pense à tout, il est prévenant et attentif, accessible aussi. On peut facilement le joindre, il est disponible et c'est important. Très bon séjour à Londres !!

Dispite he was on holidays Sam settled an appoinment with a nice and helpful Neighboor to open the flat and give the keys to the visitor. He left us a list of recommandations and instructions for use the house equipement. He also offer us a list of people he knows to contact in case of issue.

We had a good time at Sam's apartment, which was absolutely perfect for a group of 3 persons like us. Very functional, well-kept and spacious, i recommends this flat.

Our host, Sam, was very detailed in guiding us to the place, and had continuously kept in touch to made sure all is in order and that we had settled in comfortably. We found the place as described. Its spacious and well furnished, although not everything was in tip top condition which we easily fixed with minor DIY. Whilst there was a small TV in one of the bed room, there were none in the lovely and spacious living room for common viewing. It would have been nice if there was one for watching news in the morning and evening. We love the location and found the neighbourhood safe and secure, albeit loud conversations and partying on certain nights were audible but not disturbing. The tube is really within 10 minutes walk. Sainsbury local which open late is just next to the tube station, makes it really convenient to grab common supplies on the way back to the place.

Sam was very easy to communicate with ahead of and during our stay, answering any questions we had. The flat was fantastic, clean, spacious, and well located. Superb experience!!

Sam's place was very clean, spacious and well located. Sam was accommodating when our travel plans/timing changed at the last minute. Getting to directions that were included in the itinerary on airbnb could be improved to say which direction to walk on the streets instead of "walk up Cambridge Heath Road..". The "up" and "down" descriptors were a bit ambiguous and we had to ask a few people to help us orient which direction we needed to go. Otherwise, entry instructions were clear and easy to follow. A packet containing house instructions and restaurant recommendations were waiting for us on the dining table when we arrived and were very comprehensive and helpful. We also found a great little italian restaurant directly across cambridge heath road, called Italina where the chefs and wait staff were very friendly and provided a very authentic italian dining experience at a most reasonable price. We loved our stay and found that there was something for each generation (we were a group of 2 kids, 2 adults and 2 grandparents). We also loved the outside patio in the evening to enjoy a drink and a chat before going to sleep. Sam and his wife have a lovely airbnb and I would definitely recommend it and use it again when back in the U.K. Thanks!

we are glad you enjoyed your stay, we have added Italina to the local Guidebook Plus we have added instructions on how to open the upstairs windows to get a nice breeze through the House, If you require airconditioning the Hotel across the road has airconditioned rooms for £600 per room per night, we personally prefer the nice cool breeze from open windows, also I am surprised you did not try to contact me via airbnb So I could have easily you open the upstairs windows and cool your stay. May I suggest in future you immediately contact the host if you find a problem you cannot solve yourself as most hosts are keen to help their guests get the most out of their stay
