Allow me to be among the first to welcome you to the historic Weir Flats building. Weir Flats is a bustling community seated in the very heart of the Denver Lower Highlands. This neighborhood has quickly become one of the hottest spots in Denver, with easy access to downtown, exceptional nightlife, and home to several premier venues, such as Linger, Williams & Graham, and Little Man Ice Cream.

A little about me: I am a mathematician working in television where I find propitious audiences for advertisers. In other words, I find groups of consumers who are more likely to be receptive to the products they are seeing advertised. I love what I do! I work with a great team out of New York, where I spend several weeks per quarter. While I greatly enjoy visiting the Big Apple, I love living in Denver!

Autres remarques
First and foremost, this unit is not quiet - it is seated on one of the busiest corners in all of Denver. Specifically:
- The upstairs neighbor's dog can occasionally be heard playing in her living room.
- The building's commercial HVAC is directly below the unit's bedroom and vibration can be heard; it is not jarring, but it is noticeable.
- You can occasionally hear the building intercom opening chime.
A white-noise machine is provided in the bedroom for your use.

Additionally:
- Ceilings are relatively low (8').
- Unit is up a flight of stairs with no elevator access.
- Parking is street only (please mind the signs!). Typically, you will be able to park on the same block as the unit.
- Odor fee will be assessed if detected after checkout. I can fully appreciate the desire to participate in "Colorado-specific smoking activities," I just ask that you do so outside of the building.
- The keyless entry system logs entry and exit into the unit. This log is used primarily for check-in, check-out, and safety/liability purposes.
- Fire and CO2 detectors are remotely monitored and send alerts when activated.

I *STRONGLY* believe in my guests’ safety and right to privacy. I am more than happy to provide any information and logs that I receive about your stay from the above monitoring systems upon request.
