This flat is in a great location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay - including a fully stocked kitchen. Olga was always easy to get hold of and quick to respond.

Our booking was very last minute and response was very quick. Olga was very welcoming and showed us the flat's amenities and the area around with shops and pubs.We had a great time staying in Olga's apartment. It is very conveniently located just a few min from Barons court tube, so there was an easy access from Heathrow and only 10-15 min tube ride to central London. The flat was spotless and comfortable. Kitchen is very clean and well equipped. Olga left us clear instructions and provided linen and bath towels. We will definitely come back to stay at Olga's flat again.

As I already live in London (my mum was visiting me so I booked Olga's space for her and I) I was able to pick up the keys early from Olga as she was going to be away during the time of my booking. I'm not sure how she gives keys to people when she is out of town. She is responsive to messages and had emailed me instructions, as well as having printed them out and let them in the flat when I arrived. The flat is very close to Barons Court on the Piccadilly line which makes it super easy to get to and from Heathrow and to other great parts of the city. However due to the proximity to the station, you can hear trains passing until late at night and early in the morning. The windows are not double-glazed so they sound very, very close. When I first entered the flat it was very clean and looked pretty much exactly like the photos. I had brought some food in to put into the fridge, but when I opened it, it was FULL OF ROTTING FOOD. Even after I got rid of most of it, the smell was disgusting and the flat isn't well ventilated so it hovered in the air for a long time. IT IS NOT OKAY TO HAVE ANY AMOUNT OF ROTTING FOOD IN A FRIDGE THAT PAYING GUESTS INTEND TO USE. I was not able to use the fridge after that first encounter because every time I opened the door it filled the entire flat with stench. As I knew Olga was out of the country, I was not able to get any assistance with this. The kitchen is weirdly organised - pots and pans are kept in the oven, cutlery is kept in a pile at the back of a cupboard. It's okay to have that in your own apartment, but again - not okay in a flat that paying guests intend to use. The shower head in the bathroom was also broken and there were dirty towels in the bedroom. So while this flat is in great proximity to public transport, the cons vastly outweigh the pros in this airbnb and I highly recommend NOT staying here.

Kirstie, I am very sorry to hear about your experience. I am afraid that whilst I was away the fridge stopped working, however it was working and in good condition when I left my flat and left the keys with you. This is why the food inside went off, and unfortunately you haven't dispose of all of it immediately, so the bad smells continue bothering you throughout your stay. I had no idea about this issue whilst I was away, and obviously did not expect it to happen. The issue is fixed now, the fridge is now working again. I also reported this issue immediately to AirBNB when I returned to the flat. The apartment was ready for you with the clean linen and a set of towels (all clean and fresh from the washing machine) so I have no idea why do you describe towels as dirty. Once again I am sorry to hear about your experience which I believe is due to exceptional circumstances as I would never intentionally leave the flat unclean or have rotting food in the fridge.

Olga was not around to greet us but made sure we got the keys despite our late arrival, thanks to a very helpful friend. She left complete instructions for us how to manage the apartment, which was clean and pleasant to stay in. Overall, me and my girlfriend couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our week in London.

I enjoyed my stay. Olga was very welcoming and flexible with my arrival time. She was very helpful and provided handy advises on London’s main attractions and transport. The apartment was clean, spacious and had plenty of natural light. The location was just right for my needs. I felt safe and 'at home'. Only two min walk to the Barons Court station which is served by both Piccadilly and District Lines, you easily reach all of the main attractions of London without any frills! To get into the Covent Garden or Westminster plan for about 10min. I will be back if find myself in the area again. Thank you
