Any guest found to be occupying the premises after the 11:00 A.M. checkout time will incur an additional fee of $100 for each hour after 11:00 A.M. Additionally, any guests found to be occupying the premises before 4:00 P.M. on the day of check-in, without prior consent, will also incur a $100 fee for each hour prior to 4:00 P.MPlease treat the home like you would treat your own home.Parties, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated.Pets are not permitted at this home. Unauthorized Pet Fee Penalty: $350 per pet.Smoke Detector / Carbon Monoxide Tampering Penalty: $200It is the guest's responsibility to monitor umbrellas when they are in use. If it gets windy, the umbrellas must be closed. If guests leave the area, they must put the umbrella back down since they are no longer in close proximity to ensure they are not damaged by wind. If an umbrella is damaged during a guest's stay, they will be charged $ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) The Air Conditioning should never be set below 72 degrees to prevent freezing of the unit. If we receive a notification that the noise level at the home has reached a level that may be considered disruptive to neighbors, we will simply send you a text message to remind you to keep noise levels at a respectful level. As short term rentals have grown within the Coachella Valley, this is one of the biggest concerns of long term residents, and so we do this to ensure that you do not receive any fines from the City during your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant, which means audio content is never recorded. If you have any questions please ask. We are committed to making your stay an unforgettable experience, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.There is a camera on property for security purposes, which is never monitored for safety purposes and should not be relied upon. Parties or smoking will not be tolerated. As mentioned above, the city has a strict noise policy from 10 pm to 9am. Any ticket or fine amount issued by the city will be taken out of the security deposit and you will be at risk of eviction, should we deem necessary.
