No public transport available in the area. You will need your own car. Located on a hillside road off of route 25 on the New Hampshire and Maine border.

This is a place to unplug in a rustic atmosphere. There is no internet. we have a DVD player hooked up to a tv since we don't get tv channels. There is no landline phone but your cell should work fine, especially if you have Verizon.

This is the type of place for nature lovers who enjoy camping but would rather sleep on a comfortable bed.

Such a sweet little place! I could tell that this is a home where people have been happy and enjoyed family for many years. It just had such a comfortable vibe. The location is beautiful and scenic but also really close to everything you would need or want. Loved it.

This was exactly what we were looking for in a place to stay during the Ossipee Valley Music Fest. It was close and convenient, comfortable, quiet and great for resting up at night for the next day. Everything was as accurately described and Leah was great in communicating all the important info. We particularly appreciated her flexibility when we wanted to shorten our stay by a day a couple months out.

I definitely enjoyed myself. It was the perfect size for 2 people and had everything we needed. The screened in porch became our favorite place to relax before settling in to bed every night. It was private and off the beaten path, but also the perfect distance from everything we wanted to do. The only thing I recommend is (if you go during the summer months) to bring bug spray! There is a pond not far from the property and the biting flies were insane (which is another reason we loved the screened in porch so much). You literally could not go outside without them swarming you! Leah was easy to communicate with and got back to me very quickly when I messaged her, but also didn't bother me with a million details. All in all, I recommend this place and had the best time.
