This stunning townhouse is situated just 300 metres to the Byron Bay shops and its vibrant life. It is located in the luxury Seadrift townhouse complex in a beautiful Tropical style quiet environment that has a gorgeous child friendly pool in the complex with a great entertaining area. Guests will also enjoy the large, private secure yard which provides a great spot for children to safely play, or Adults to enjoy outdoor dining and entertaining. Fully fenced for absolute privacy.

Seadrift 35 is a brand-new, modern and open-plan two-storey townhouse with high-quality finishes and appliances. Spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms this holiday home is a wonderful place in Byron Bay to holiday.

Noise/Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The house is located in a residential area of Byron Shire and has a strict no party policy. Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum respecting local neighbours. Noise complaints with resulting the NSW Government's 'Quiet Hotline' (Noisy Neighbours) or Police call out where noise is deemed excessive, or noise order issued, will result in immediate eviction without refund of monies paid and  result in the loss of bond. Use contrary to the above may result in eviction, loss of bond and/or additional payments being charged.  There is to be NO OUTSIDE NOISE from 10pm on weekends and 9pm on weekdays (including Sundays).  Pool use is prohibited also from these hours.  Noise breaches after 12 midnight will result in immediate eviction the next day.  No Parties whatsoever.
