1 bedroom roof top apartment in the heart of Cannes just 100 metres away from the famous Croisette and sandy beaches close to the Carlton Hotel. On 7th floor - with lift - of a typically French bourgeois building-It benefits from a fantastic location, in a quiet street yet within a 2 minute walk of all the restaurants, cafes and brasseries of the Croisette and rue d'Antibes.
The apartment is very light and spacious - It is composed of an entrance hall , main bedroom is equipped with 2 beds that can be joined as a double bed, a fireplace, TV DVD.
The bathroom benefits from natural light, it is spacious with bath and shower and has recently been completely renovated.

Sitting room /lounge (which can be used as second bedroom) with double sofa bed, opens onto south facing balcony with bistro table and chairs -
Parquet flooring throughout.
Car parking space in private, secured car park 5 minute walk away from the residence.

There is a separate kitchen which is fully equipped. It is currently being completely refurbished and will be functional from 18 November.
New appliances include, large fridge/freezer,integrated electric and microwave ovens,. 4 ring halogen hob, dishwasher.

The bathroom has been recently completely refurbished-it is spacious and light with bath tub and shower.

This location is ideal for business people as the apartment is just a 10 minute walk away from the Palais des Festivals .
Holiday makers will enjoy the fantastic variety of places to visit in and around Cannes : The old town with the lovely fresh fish and vegetable Forville Market, arts and crafts shops, art galleries and designer shops . From the old port, boats trips can be taken to nearby Lerins islands and St Tropez. Local trains can be taken to Nice, or sea resort of St Raphael. Monaco, The Italian Riviera, San Remo are easily reached by train and are merely an hour away.

Every year in July and August, Cannes organizes fantastic firework displays which can be admired , away from the crowds , from the balcony, in the privacy and comfort of the apartment. It is a fabulous show and the view is truly breathtaking !

Guests have access to library ,DVD player and collection terrestrial and satellite TV - WIFI.
Sandy beaches are within a 5 minute walk- water sports - windsurfing, sailing etc.. are available at Palm Beach

We make sure that all guests get clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and we liaise with our guests before their arrival to arrange for a specific appointment time to hand over keys, show the apartment and give any information, about sightseeing or restaurants in the vicinity, that guests wish to have . We are a team and either I or one of my colleagues meet guests upon arrival and are available during guests stay. Name and contact number is confirmed prior to arrival. Private transfer from and to the airport can be arranged on request.

CHRISTMAS&NEW YEAR : a great time to visit Cannes, there is a fabulous firework display on New Year's eve that you can watch from the balcony whilst sipping your champagne !
Restaurants and seafront hotels offer special gastronomic menus and Palm Beach Casino offer packages including meals, cabaret entertainment and disco.
We can provide you with list of good, reputable restaurants .

The apartment is so well situated that one can walk to the beach, shops , restaurants and cafes. there are buses along the sea front to access the Palm Beach, the old town and other areas of Cannes.Festival hall and the main line TGV station are just 10minute walk away.

Secure parking is available in underground car park of nearby building- It can be reserved at the time of booking.
Please note there will be a 25 euro charge for arrivals and departures before 8.00am or after 20.00

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but smokers can use the balcony!

Très bonne accueil, Sandrine qui nous a reçu en arrivant était charmante et disponible sur place. L'appartement est très bien situé dans Cannes mais le souci majeur dans cet appartement c'est la literie qui est très mauvaise et dommage car il est spacieux bien agencé, et traversant.

Nous sommes tres surpris de vos commentaries concernant la literie. Nous n' avons JAMAIS eu de mauvais commentaires sur les lits ou la literie depuis que l appartement est en location. les draps, housses de couettes et serviettes sont changes regulierement. En ce qui concerne le lit dans lequel vous avez dormi, nous sommes desoles que vous l' ayez trouvé inconfortable - vous avez peut etre des problemes de sante qui sont malheureusement independants de nos capacites d' intervention. Cela dit, nous attachons beaucoup d'importance au bien-etre de nos locataires, et allons tester et revoir les équipements.

We arrived very late in the evening and were greated by Sandrine with a very warm welcome. The apartment is super nice with new kitchen and bathroom and warm wooden floors. The beautiful balcony adds a very cozy flair. Location is great, too! We felt at home and can definitely recommend the place

Claudine ci ha riservato un'ottima accoglienza, l'appartamento è un bilocale con una camera e un divano letto matrimoniale nel complesso molto confortevole a due passi dal mare e dal centro di cannes per cui ci sipuò dimenticare la macchina. Grazie e a presto Gian Luca

I have a very pleasant stay at Claudine's Apartment. The place is clean, with almost all the things I needed. I just do not expect to buy toilet paper roll myself when I found that there were only half roll left in the house and none spare for my 5 days stay. This is not my first time booking from Airbnb, but i do expect these bare essential are provided; however i still recommend this place as the location is great, mins walk to the beach, super market around the corner, and the neighborhood is extremely quiet.

Great apartment in a quiet neighborhood conveniently close to La Croisette and away from the madness closer to the old town and the Palais. Location was very close to everything I needed and it was clean, well-equipped and very quaint!

Hello Lou Thank you for your feed-back pity you did not ask Sandrine about the towels and coffee machine. As it happens we also have an espresso machine but as it never used , we put it away.Experience has shown that anglo Saxons usually prefer filter coffee. So , for you we will know for next time! Looking forward to seeing you again next year.

We had a lovely stay in Claudine's apartment in Cannes. It is very well positioned- close to train, supermarket and beach, and with the markets and centre of town a short walk away. It is larger than the photos suggest, clean and very well equipped. Thanks Claudine.

I share my time between London and Cannes and I love it ! Cannes is a lovely city with the most spectacular coastine, beautiful beaches , great for swimming or jogging,best enjoyed in the early morning sun. Food markets are fantastic with lovely fresh fish, fruit and vegetable and if you do not feel like cooking , there is a profusion of good cafes and restaurants for all budgets within a 2 minute walk from the apartment.
