I respect your privacy, I am available if any queries. I supply 4 digit code to the Key Lock that contains house keys, this is hanging on the house wall. On vacating Keys to be returned to key lock .
check in is after 3pm and check out is by 10am.
If not same day changeover I can be flexible with Check in.

NO SMOKING INDOORS, outdoors only! Place cigarette butts in bin. Empty ash tray on patio regularly.
I do not take a Bond payment, but do require credit card details in lieu of bond. After vacating and inspection these details are destroyed. In the 8 years I have been providing short stay accommodation, it is rare that I have had to charge an amount to a Credit Card.

Guests accept a Short Term Lease as the property is expected to be left in that condition.
1.Guests acknowledge that the furnishings, fittings and appliances are the property of the Owner/Operator, and Guests have no claim over any of these items.
2. .NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE.... IT IS PROHIBITED. Guests must discard cigarette butts into the rubbish bin. Cigarette butts discarded into garden beds may incur an additional charge for cleaning.
3.Guests must comply with the by-laws, rules and regulations of the Body Corporate property (if applicable) and any reasonable direction of the Operator. The lease will be terminated if any Guest fails to comply after receiving a warning.
4.All Guests must conduct themselves in a proper manner so as not to cause a nuisance, including excessive noise, or interfere with the use or enjoyment of the property for other occupiers (if a Body Corporate property) or neighbouring properties. Unruly, loud or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. If complaints are received this may result in termination of the lease and loss of surety.
5.Parties and functions are strictly prohibited.
6.If the occupancy ends or this lease is terminated, Guests must immediately vacate the property. The Operator is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any Guest and removal of Guest property.
7.Neither the Body Corporate, nor the Owner/Operator is liable for any damage or loss of property which a Guest may sustain while on the property.
8.Guests will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any Guest. The Guest authorises the Operator to charge any credit card for any such charge.
9.Guests will be liable for any damage, breakage and loss to the property and its contents or the Body Corporate property (if applicable). Guests must notify damaged, broken or missing property or contents to the Operator as soon as possible. The Guest authorises the Operator to charge any credit card for any repair or replacement costs at the discretion of the Operator.
10.It is the responsibility of Guests to maintain the cleanliness of the property during the lease period. Cleaning products are provided for this purpose.
11.Children must not jump on beds. Damage resulting from children jumping on beds may incur loss of the (URL HIDDEN) is the responsibility of the Guest to ensure the property meets their requirements. The Owner/Operator does not accept any responsibility for any misperception of the property.

12.On departure Guests must leave the property clean and tidy. This includes emptying the rubbish bin, washing and drying dishes, hanging used towels in the bathroom, leaving used beds neatly folded back, cleaning the barbecue, sweeping and vacuuming and cleaning the fridge, oven and grill of any food spills.
13.The Operator may inspect the property with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Operator is of the opinion that there has been a breach of the conditions herein.
14.The surety will be refunded within 14 days in full, or Credit card details destroyed subject to the above conditions being met.
I agree to lease this property fully furnished and equipped for the period indicated and to reside in the property under the conditions stated. I agree to take full responsibility for the actions of all member(s) of my party and visitors during my residency and leave the premises in the same condition as upon arrival.

I was very disappointed with my stay as there was mouse poo & it's dangerous while I was pregnant to deal with such things. The house was dusty, stained towels & sheets & a broken down washing machine & dishwasher was enough for me to end my stay early. I will not return to this accommodation or any other owned by this host.

Of the 161 times I have hosted Airbnb guests, this is the only person I would not recommend. She was suffering anxiety, I understood this and vowed to accommodate her exaggerated concerns far beyond reason. There was an issue with the washing machine, I drove there with my personal washing machine on the Saturday and installed it before she arrived, I made an error in installing and needed to call in a repairer. On the Monday I drove out took her laundry and washed and returned it to her so she would not be inconvenienced. She had a large German Shepherd dog sleep inside and she left refusing to clean the dog hair that was everywhere. I had a returning guest take the two nights due to her early vacation and this guests stayed for 7 nights.

The house is really convenient - near to the airport, a supermarket just down the street and a shopping centre (Woolworths, Kmart etc) in just less than 5mins drive. It is also fully equipped which we loved as we did a lot of cooking as well as got our laundry done. Toilet's light went off but Margaret got it fixed the next day. Wifi was a little slow but not an issue for us as we got data plans. Overall, We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here for our next visit!

I am aware there is an issue with the slow Wi/Fi, particularly with guests using a tablet, I cant wait for the NBN new cabling to be installed Australia wide, to eradicate this issue.

This house suited our needs admirably. We were very comfortable in the property and it had everything we needed as the home is well appointed and equipped. The neighbourhood was pleasant for our daily walks and the street was quiet. Having the outdoor space with a very good bbq was much appreciated as was the air conditioning for the hot nights. We would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

We went there on summer, so the air condition in every room really help. Margaret's home is beautiful and made you feel homey and confortable. The area is strategic , it is very near to Belmont Forum where you can shop for groceries and there is also halal butcher for muslim there. I love the open concept kitchen, it helps me to monitor the kids while preparing meals. We love to come back here again and highly recommend it.

Our stay at the facility was a comfortable one. We were able to checkin earlier ehich we much appreciated as we arrived at 6am. All our queries were answered promptly before our stay hence we knew what to expect when we arrived. All information about keylock combinations were given earlier hence walking into the house, we felt immediately at home. The house was clean and we were able to settle down after the long flight in to Perth. There was even a box of milk in the fridge. There were some queries later about a wrong key lock combination but that was quickly resolved after we called Margaret. In all it was a pleasant stay.

Khairul, Thank you for the feedback, much appreciated. I take your point about a fruit bowl and basic foodstuffs being present on arrival.. This is something I have done in the past, however my current presentation manager arrives by public transport on the way from work, it is not possible for her to buy any foodstuff. I will endeavour to address this.

Our lovely "home" in Perth and it's a great stay at Margaret's lovely place. The location is really convenient and close to most attraction places in Perth. Margaret has been really a helpful and warm host. We really appreciate for lots of advice and tips given by her to enjoy our stay in Perth. The place is good and feeling so homey. I love her open kitchen concept :) Will definitely recommend this place for your holiday home in Perth :)

For 6 years I had the privilege of being an Aussie Mum to 189 International Students here in Perth to learn English from 31 countries, they are now part of my International Family.
As I was tired of cooking 365 days a year, and wanted to start dating again (7 years after marriage of 33 years completed) I changed my house to share with young and not so young house mates, mostly working away in the Fly In Fly Out Mining Market. Added to that Airbnb I am having an amazing time meeting extraordinary guests from all around the world and from the East coast of Australia. My accommodation life has gone full circle hosting International visitors again.
I have been an Image consultant for 27 years teaching people how to dress that suits their body shape and coloring. Nowadays I run a successful Short Stay Property business that provides accommodation near the airport and the city. I have been fortunate, I am widely travelled and yet so many more places to travel.
If you are interested in cooking, you have use of my herb garden, even the Kale in the garden, as I have a Thermomix to start the day healthy with a green smoothie.
I pride myself in offering clean well equipped properties where you can relax and recharge, or arrive knowing you are close by to all Perth has to offer...enjoy getting a sense of what life in the West is all about. Margaret
