This newly built mountain getaway is just 1/2mi from town for fine dining & 1mi away from Resort, world class skiing. 3 bed (2 masters + 1 full bunk) +2 queen pullouts, 3.5 bath, 1 car garage w/ xtra parking. High end kitchen. WiFi & beautiful views.

You'll instantly feel at home as you walk into this gorgeously fully appointed home with slab granite kitchen island, top end stainless steel appliances, warm wooden floors with wide open majestic mountain views. Turn the cozy fireplace on with the flip of a switch and unwind with movies on the flatscreen TV. Can't agree on what to watch? No worries! There is another family room downstairs with an additional flatscreen TV. TWO master bedrooms are each appointed with king beds and five piece bathrooms - each complete with a large soaking tub, perfect after a great day of skiing. The bunk room has two full size beds with its own full bathroom. Each of the two family/living room can accommodate even more guests, each featuring a queen size sleeper sofa. Blackout curtains and blinds throughout ensure every guest can get a great night's rest.

No need to overpack - you'll have unlimited access to the private in home laundry room complete with front load washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

You're on vacation! Why waste time with checking in and out at an office? You'll arrive at the home with your own unique access code to the unit. No need to pick up keys. When you're all done, you can simply be on your way. A quick text or email that you have left and your checkout is complete. Less time in and out means more time enjoying your vacation.

This home is situated in the new and beautiful Bear Crossing development with amazing views of the infamous Rocky Mountains. Step onto one of the three patios to peek at Fraser Valley to the left and ski slopes to the right. Open the front door, walk just 100 feet and you're at the trail entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park - perfect for a beautiful hike, snowshoeing and cross country skiing.
Little ones will love playing at Hideaway Park just down the hill. Free sleds provided by the park all winter long.
Grand County Rec Center

Snowing outside? Your car will stay warm and dry in the attached 1 car garage. Additional cars can park on either side of the building. When you're ready to ski, you can either drive just a few minutes to the resort and park free or catch the ski bus that picks up in front of the development.

Please note the state of Colorado charges a lodging tax of 3.9% and the town of Winter Park charges a lodging tax of 5%, for a total tax of 8.9%. Airbnb is unable to collect this amount and as such must be paid in advance of trip via credit card.

We welcome you as guests in our family home. Please make yourselves at home while treating the home with the love and respect you would when staying with family. For the enjoyment of all guests we ask you refrain from smoking in the unit and patios. Should you need to smoke, please do so out the front door and make sure to discard all cigarettes in the trash. While we certainly understand that pets are an important part of the family, we unfortunately are unable to accept guest pets, due to Bear Crossing Townhome HOA Rules and Regulations 16.A., which requires an application submission and receipt of written permission for all pets. Failure to comply may result in fines and cleaning fees.
