À propos de ce logement
Nice apartment in one of the best neighborhoods of Amsterdam
Cosy and comfortable apartment on the third floor of a typical Amsterdam building (1905) in the very populair neighbourhood 'De Pijp'.'De Pijp' as we Dutch know it today is without doubt a melting pot of cultures and nationalities. The Pijp is known for its vividness, and almost feels like a little village within the city. De Pijp is brimming with fantastic cafés, culinair restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Within walking distance from the apartment you will find popular sites such as the Heineken Museum, the Van Gogh Museum, Vondelpark, The Royal Concerthall, Paradiso, Leidseplein, the newly opened Stedelijk museum and the Rijksmuseum. The Albert Cuyp market (just round the corner) is the most famous day market in Amsterdam and it offers food from around the world but also clothes, flowers, shoes and (website hidden) will take about ten minutes by foot to get to the center of Amsterdam. You can also take the tram, stops for 6(!) different tram lines are only a four minutes walk from the apartment. De Pijp is also known for it's shops, bars and muliticultural restaurants. The Sarphatipark and the Vondelpark are just around the corner. You will make it to the highway (A1, A2 and Ring A10) in just a couple of minutes. The apartment: you will find the entrance to the apartment on the third floor. The apartment is very spacious and decorated studio style apartment with a separate bedroom & bathroom. It has an open kitchen which makes cooking fun with visitors. The kitchen is equipped with an oven with grill, microwave, a fridge with freezer, a dish washer, a fornace, a water boiler and a old Italian style koffiemaker. The apartment has a dining table for six people, a lounge sofa, salon table and a full hd flat screen television with digital tv. The bedroom contains a reasonable sized double bed. ( 140 x 200 cm ) with a small tv. The bathroom contains a toilet, a sink and a bath tub with shower & small tv. Free Internet is available. When you arrive the fridge is filled with basics, flowers and fruit on the table.... Make your own koffie with the provided coffee beans and grinder. In the same street about 1 minute walk you can find a good cheap laundry service. The bakery (7 days open) is just around the corner and so is the Albert Heijn supermarket where you can get everything you need. Liquor store can be found inside the supermarket. I would prefer people staying with a minimum of 5 days.
