Simple, vintage 1920 cottage on a private peninsula adjacent to NY state's Lakeside Park in bucolic Orleans county. 1 hour from Niagara Falls, 2 hours from Toronto. 864 sq ft 3 bdrms sleeps 5, directly on Lake Ontario. Quaint and cozy with all the necessities.
Hardwood floors, quaint, casual, cozy vintage flavor. I have two queen size beds and one twin bed and a air mattress will be made available should you need to accommodate more guests.
The cottage is fully stocked with towels and bedding and we have a washer/dryer should you need that. I have loads of pots and pans and cooking and serving equipment in the kitchen, all the dining-ware can be found in the china cabinet. There is a simple charcoal BBQ grill which you may use outside.

I live in Paris, thus I won't be interacting with you much, but my caretaker is on the same street keeping an eye out and I am always reachable by email and can ring you back should you need anything. Otherwise feel free to use the house phone to ring me here in France.
The garbage can in the entry I use for recycling. There are garbage bags in the drawers by the sink or under the kitchen sink and the main garbage is out by the back yard and gets picked up every Monday.
Please treat my home as you would your own. Be respectful of neighbors. Drive 20 MPH on the street. No smoking is allowed. In terms of departure and arrival times, I am very flexible, as long as no one is staying in the cottage, or arriving the day of your departure you may come and go when is most convenient for you. If there is a guest departing on the day of your arrival and vice versa, the general rule will be arrival at 2pm and departure at 12 noon (so the cleaning lady can do her thing).
