Three story early 19th century home with three fireplaces, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, enclosed garden, two skylights. Our street was named the ninth prettiest street in Philadelphia. We are a five minute walk from Independence Hall, Harbor Park & Old City.
Our space is restful, historic, and delightful. We are on a very quiet cobblestone street walking distance from nightlife and the historic area of town. Our home has a lovely private enclosed garden area with seating and a large enclosed yard behind that which is shared with several other houses. This creates a little green enclave filled with birds and quiet. We are a short walk from an abundance of shops, hipster coffee houses, and superb restaurants. In the summer, our street is one that horse carriage tours pass by to point out the revolutionary era architecture. There are three bus routes that stop a block away so you can easily get to anywhere in the city and the metro is a 5 minute walk.
