Description

Located half mile (1 minute in car /12 minutes walking) from Sandy Beach, bars and restaurants, Vista del Mar Apartments is close to all the places you will spend the day at but far enough that you won't be bothered with all the nightlife noise.

Upon entering the apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dinning table, living room with cable TV and WiFi. The bedroom has a queen size orthopedic foam bed, closet and a private balcony with partial ocean and mountains view. There is a futon in the living room that can sleep 2 children. Only the bedroom has a/c.

Balcony has chairs and is a great place to have your meals too. The closet has an iron, hair dryer, ironing table, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs and beach cooler. There is also a safe box to put your valuables during your stay.

Apartment has cable TV, WiFi, paddle ball, beach chairs, regular towels, beach towels, umbrellas and coolers, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and in-room combination safe boxes.

Our property has an outdoor pool and patio area with personal private bar, dining and lounge chairs, double charcoal BBQ, free laundry facilities, off-street parking, back up water and electric generator, surfboard storage areas and an outdoor shower.

At your arrival our family will greet you at the property to give you the keys and a tourist map that will help you find everything in Rincon

We are located less than half mile from Sandy and Pools Beach. You can either go walking (10 minutes) or go in car (less than a minute) There are plenty restaurants, shops, bakeries and bars nearby. Rincón is a small town so everything is close, which means that you can go to different beaches to surf or go snorkeling with less than a 10 minute drive.


Rental car is recommended.

There are no household supplies beyond a “starter supply”.

PROPER USE: Guest agrees to use the property as a vacation rental and shall obey all applicable laws. Guests will not create noise or circumstances likely to disturb others. The guest who signs the contract will be responsible for people who stay with him. All rentals are to families and responsible adults, 21 years or older. Please notify immediately if you observe any issue that might be a concern for health or safety to others. No pets or visits are allowed. Tenant(s) shall dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period in a lawful manner and put the trash in the bin outside the main driveway gate. Tenant(s) is cautioned not to leave trash inside for long periods of time because it attracts animals and bugs. All dishes MUST be washed. There are no household supplies beyond a “starter supply”.

LIABILITY WAIVER: House owner and his agent Tropical Coast Properties, both act in good faith and on behalf of both Owner and Guest, and in no way incur any liability for any acts, matter or things done, omitted or suffered by any party. Tropical Coast Properties and the Property Owner assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items that belong to Guests. This includes loses resulting directly or indirectly from natural events such as floods, storms, hurricanes, or other "Acts of Nature". In incident such as fire, water, loss of power (beyond our control), breakdown of cable or satellite company, internet company or with equipment of machinery, acts of war, strikers, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, or cancellation of airline travel, or any similar incident; the property agent or property owner shall not be held liable or responsible for any additional expense or losses sustained by the Guests as a result of such incidents or occurrences. This includes, but is not limited to our other services such as transportation, grocery delivery, cleaning services, rental cars, babysitting, etc. We are not responsible of damages made to your vehicle in the parking facilities of each property.

AIR CONDITIONING: Shall be off while no one in the rooms or on the property.

POOL LIABILITY WAIVER: GUEST RENTING IN PROPERTIES WITH POOL ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE IS NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY. As such, Guest is responsible for Guest's safety and the safety of any guests of Guest. Guest acknowledges that children or handicapped individuals should not be left unattended near or around the pool. Guest acknowledges the inherent risk in swimming or playing around a pool area. Guest hereby assumes all responsibility for Guest's safe use of the pool and pool area.

Stayed here two nights. Had problem finding the place and got no answer from host about directions for hours. Finally we found it and there was no one there that knew that we were coming. But a nice man helped us in to our apartment. The apartment was great and clean. Really comfy bed and nice bathroom. And also, I thought the apartment was located walkable from the center of rincon, but it really was not, A 12 minute drive. However, the apartment was great, and if it wasn't for the location I would stay there again.

Thanks for writing the review. All of my listings have the directions and dropped pin from SJ and BQN airport. Also, when you booked we specified that you must call when you get to 413 as I dont live on the property but I am literally two houses down. We were just a phone call away which we never got from you. We are walking distance to the bars and restaurants down by Sandy Beach. Thanks.

We loved staying at vista del mar. Elier was always around or a phone call away to answere any questions. Couldn't really have asked for a better location or anything else. The only problem we had was leaving too soon.

For me Rincon is not just where I work, but is also the only place I call home. I was raised in Puntas and still live in the same neighborhood. Even one street was named after my great-grandfather Vereno.

I certainly love helping people that like me are in love with this town and want to invest, retire or just have a great time vacationing here. The happiness on my clients are certainly my best satisfaction.

Besides being sometimes a workaholic I enjoy my free time at the beach, reading, catching up with friends and volunteering to wonderful non-profit organizations like Hunger Corp and Iniciativa Comunitaria. For me serving others is the best way to stay down to earth.
