Enjoy our newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath flat located in the heart of St. Andrews, just a few blocks from the Old Course, University and Cathedral Ruins.

The building was constructed in 1771, relatively new by St. Andrews standards, where the University itself is 600 years old. The 65 square meter dwelling has two bedrooms, one bath and a full kitchen. It can comfortably accommodate 4 guests, with 4 separate beds or also be set up for two couples with two separate beds. The lounge features a beautiful bay window, fireplace and comfortable seating for conversation and cuddling up on the sofa with a great book. Amenities include wireless internet, flat-screen TV and stereo. The kitchen contains all modern appliances and cookware. The flat was completely renovated in 2013.

Shops, restaurants, and markets are just down the street from the front door. Historical sties including the cathedral/castle ruins and museums are all within walking distance.

1.The property will be used for short term rental only.
2.Guests, and visitors during their stay, shall not negligently damage or destroy any part of the premises, including equipment, furniture, art and appliances.
3.Guests shall leave the premises in the same condition as they found it at the time they checked in.
4.Guests shall report any damage which occurs during their stay to Roberta Fraese or her staff.
5.Guests shall comply with the rules and regulations posted on the premises, or otherwise communicated to the host or property manager, pertaining to the use and occupancy of the premises.
6.Guests shall be courteous of other residents in the building and mindful of noise after 12 PM.
7.Overnight accommodations provided under this agreement are to be used by one to four (1‐4) guests. The fees to be paid are based on the occupancy by this number of persons.
8.Guests must vacate the property by 10:00 AM on the departure date specified in the reservation documentation and/or the reservation website record.

Fantastic little flat in the centre of the action. Tidy, warm, with nice linens and a useable kitchen. My only advice is to watch your parking meter as tickets happen!

Roberta's flat is beautiful and has a perfect location. Only 5 min walk to Tesco and Marketstreet makes the stay enjoyable. But also the beautiful furnitures, the outstanding kitchen (without a dishwasher what is ok for some days) beautiful bathroom with perfect warm water, heating is easy to regulate and the beds (one extra large king bed) are extremely comfortable. Parking is possible without parking fees, what is not at all normal in Central- St. Andrews. The "Old Course" is in walking distance. For the other golf courses it's nice to have a car. All in all we will return to visit our daughter who is attending St. Leonards Boarding School and who was so happy in this flat with "mummy's cooking and sleeping much better that in the boarding house". Livia could walk to school within 10 minutes, another very nice thing for us. Lynne was all the time available by text message, but there was no need to contact her as Roberta made a wonderful book about her apartment where you could find everything important. We only missed Sky TV as there were the Fedex Cup Play Off Finals this weekend - so we had to go to a pub. Roberta, thank you for having us. All the best, Nicola and Livia

Roberta was a pleasure to deal with during the entire process and put us in touch with Lynne who was very welcoming. The apartment was precisely as described and the beds were heavenly. We enjoyed our stay.

This really is a great spot to stay, very centrally located within walking distance to everywhere. The appartment is tastefully reburnished with quality bed linen. Highly recommended.

What a great place! Comfortable, close to golf, beaches, shops with all the amenities needed to stay in and escape a rainy day if needed. The flat is above a pub that got a little noisy with the great outdoor weather we had while I was there, but the noise generally subsided by 10:30 or so and really wasn't a problem beyond the front sitting room in any event. Heavy window blinds and cozy bedding made for sound sleep despite the 5 AM sunrises of early Spring in Fife. Great place! Strongly recommend.

My husband, Kurt and I live in Seattle, Washington and like to travel, with frequent journeys to Europe. Our daughter Kathleen attended the University of St. Andrews. On one of our visits we discovered this wonderful flat that required a thoughtful renovation, which we completed in 2013. The flat dates back to 1771 when it was part of a railroad hotel. We look forward to sharing it with you and hope you enjoy your stay in St. Andrews; truly one of the most magical towns on earth.
