L'entrée dans les lieux se fait entre 14:00 et 16:00

Please respect the rules of the pool, as fines are issued when they are not abided by. The pool closes at 11PM, and no obvious alcohol is allowed. All drinks should be in plastic cups, and no food is allowed near the pool edge.

No overnight beyond those listed when booking is requested are permitted.

Any noise complaint fines will be directly deducted off the damage deposit, and pending on the circumstance, may result in an immediate termination of your stay with no refund of payment.

As of July 2017, the entire complex has become smoke-free. This includes the outdoor space/patio's. Please be advised that fines will be issued for any non-compliance with the rule and would be deducted from the damage deposit should one be received.

Great apartment and great location! Sharon (the property manager) was excellent, showing us around and checking us in and Nik and Jess are great hosts - great communication, also providing a bottle of wine, some nibbles and a guide to the local area was a nice touch and appreciated. We will hopefully be returning to Kelowna in the future and would definitely stay here again!

Great location in Kelowna! Super close to beaches and walking distance to great restaurants. The unit was very clean upon arrival and check in process was extremely easy. Host was very responsive to all questions. We really appreciated the host leaving a list of their favourite "Recommended Things to Do in Kelowna". Would definitely come back for another vacation!

I very much appreciated the communication leading up to our date of arrival; it helped everything go very smoothly. Welcoming and clean, close to great restaurants and easily accessible by cab to the wedding venue we were at. Comfortably slept 4 with plenty of space for us all to get ready for our wedding, and store our dresses. A great stay in Kelowna!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit.. We have stayed at Playa Del Sol before in a suite that backed on to the pool and I would say this private patio was much nicer. It was quieter and more relaxing and the stream behind was great for the kids to throw rocks in. It was absolutely perfect for your morning coffee and evening night caps. We found that the suite had absolutely everything we needed for the 5 days that we stayed. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee/spices so we didn't have to worry about shopping when we got there. The suite was very clean and the bed (and pull out) were very comfy. The towels were so soft which was a nice treat coming out of the shower. :). Another bonus was the close proximity to our parking stall. The property manager met us and walked us through everything which was great she was so nice to deal with and communication with the owners was clear and easy. There isn't much missing from this unit. We will definitely be back! Thank you very much!

This was our first time using Airbnb and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Nikolaus and Jess were great hosts. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had and while they couldn't be there in person, the property manager did a great job providing us with all the info we needed. We also appreciated the note from Nikolaus and Jess sharing some of their favourite dining spots! The condo was clean and as shown in the pictures. Location was great and close to the beach. We had a fabulous time in the Okanagan!
