Stay in our charming 3 bedroom cottage - called "The Cape Codder" - it's a Cape Cod original located in a historic summer colony and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Four bikes are included with locks, helmets, and two bike racks for biking in more distant parts of the Cape.
Quiet, respectful, no smokers. Cottages are in close proximity, so its important to be considerate of your neighbors.
I keep prices reasonable by not charging you a cleaning fee or security deposit. I act as the housekeeper myself between guests, so I appreciate it if you take care to leave the house clean like you found it. So far I have had only positive experiences with respectful guests, and are so appreciative at how well people I have never met before take care of our family home.

I'm a college professor, with a husband and 3 grown kids and we live in Cambridge and in Harwich Port Massachusetts We have two nice places to stay when you visit Massachusetts - a cottage by the sea on Cape Cod and and lovely 2 bedroom first floor apartment in our two family home in Cambridge.
Regarding our Cape Cod listing:
My mother and her family began renting a cottage on Ocean Avenue back in the 1920s when she was a teenager and she and my father bought a cottage on this street in 1954. In the early 1960s, they purchased "The Cape Codder". We were fortunate to be able to spend many of our summers as children in this neighborhood, which has not changed much since that time. Generations of the same families return every season to this place we all call "home" as it is filled with memories of relaxed childhood summers with our extended families. We look forward to sharing this experience with others!
Regarding our Cambridge listing:
Part of my mother's family emigrated to Cambridge at the turn of last century from Co. Kerry, Ireland, taking up residence in our Hollis Street neighborhood that was once called "Little Dublin". Her cousins became successful funeral home owners and leaders in the Cambridge community. This neighborhood was also home to the famous House Speaker, "Tip" O'Neil, and has a rich history, dating back to the Revolutionary War. The first floor apartment where my parents once lived has been renovated and is now available for guests.
I like to travel, garden, and be near the ocean!
