Accès des voyageurs
Pull the string on the front gate to get into the property.
Enter code provided on the front door and pull slightly when depressing thumb latch. Always shut front door tightly before engaging lock.
Full access to Kitchen (8am and 10pm), 1 full bath, plus an additional half bathroom off the kitchen, and balcony off kitchen, and lounge/patio in the front of the house.
Bathrooms are shared with between 2 and 4 other people. I also stock the kitchen with coffee, tea, bagels, cereal, bread for making toast, almond and cow's milk, and sometimes I'll have hard boiled eggs and/or yogurt in the refrigerator and/or fresh fruit on the kitchen island. The house has central heat/air conditioning and I set the thermostat between 70 and 78 degrees Fahrenheit (21-25 Celsius) depending on the weather.
Lastly, the Los Angeles area is still under drought restrictions due to the lack of rain over the last 7 years, so we are asking that guests don't use the bathtub. The shower is wonderful and big and we think you'll be very happy using the shower only. Thank you!

I grew up in the New York suburbs and north east New England. I wound up living in New York City for a few years, and eventually moved to California about 22 years ago. I've been living in the Silver Lake and Los Feliz area ever since, and I run the BNB with my partner Frank.
I embrace the 'LA' lifestyle, in that I try to be easy going and flexible, and do take advantage of the local delights. (Mountains, deserts, and the Pacific Ocean.) When I'm traveling, sometimes I'm looking for a peaceful natural retreat, other times looking for a fun city that stays open late.
It's amazing how many interesting and really cool people I've met through airbnb.com and I'm very happy I can be a host and will continue to do so.
