The spacious luxury of a hotel suite. Boasting paramount convenience situated on one of Perth CBD's premier streets. This is a converted warehouse building (2001). The 1brm apartment is private and beautiful sunny space to relax or work in. With great long stay discounts (20% for weekly stays)

This is a gorgeous warehouse conversion which has high ceilings, light, bright, cosy and functional living.

The apartment is furnished beautifully with contemporary yet unique furniture and art. Friends comment that it's decorated out of Vogue. There are two sitting areas, a 4.8m dining table and fully equipped kitchen and laundry. I have loved living here.

The bedroom has a hotel quality queen bed ensemble with a firm mattress and a study nook. The walk-in hanging wardrobe space is also very spacious. A powered queen air mattress is available for the third person.

The view of the city and Perth arena is fantastic from the spacious balcony.

If you need to let your guests in there is an intercom system with first top black button to open the doors and second button to let people in the lift to our level.

Heart of Perth city/west end.

Shopping, theatre, dining, grocery store all at the tips of your finger. Northbridge with food and live music venues and the train are 2mins away.

We can recommend Endota Day Spa, Xtendbarre, Box n Gym, Cove Yoga all literally steps away. If you walk 10-15mins you reach the river, Kings Park, East Perth.

Perth Arena, His Majesty's Theatre, State Theatre, Art Gallery are 2-5mins away.

Uncle Joes, Varnish, Flour Factory and La Veen, The Old Faithful are our neighbours.

It really is a luxurious hideaway in a super convenient location.

There is parking available for $25/day. Free CAT buses. The train is only a 5min walk away. Most things are only a walk or train away including Cottesloe Beach and Fremantle.

There's a shuttle from the airport or taxi is very convenient.

Please turn off lights and especially bathroom lights and fan when you aren't using them.

Keep it clean and tidy.

Limit noise especially late at night. Keep music and TV noise to what you require. It's too loud if it can be heard outside the front door. That is the neighbours can hear it.

Please inform us of all extra guests. No parties. If you want to have one we will need advance notice as we will have to inform the neighbours. We like our neighbours and want to continue offering this space to guests.

Turn off lights and appliances when not in use. Especially the bathroom fans as they are noisy for the neighbours.

Paid secure parking is available at $30/nt. Ask us to book as bays are used by multiple people.

We arrived late on Tues 28 March, were met OK, and sat down to watch TV and unwind. 30 minutes later the power tripped out. Everything, except the bedroom and bathroom lights. No TV, no kettle, no fridge, no wi-fi, no power sockets, and most of the lights. Using my iPhone torch app, I searched high and low for the electricity box, but no luck, so we went to bed with the apartment in darkness. In the morning, we searched again – nowhere to be found. Texted the owners – was told it was in the studio apartment next door (??) and how to find the key. Eventually we found the (well hidden) electricity box, reset the switch, all good, so we went out for the morning. On our return, the power was out again. From now on, resetting the switch didn’t help, it instantly tripped out. I tried turning off everything in the apartment – no luck. I contacted the owners, saying an electrician was needed. Eventually they replied, saying try turning off things in the studio (??), they thought the fridge there was faulty. It turned out it was, and unplugging it worked. Why didn’t they say so before? What sort of bizarre wiring does this place have? At no time did the owners attend, send some help, or apologise. For two of our four days there, we were without power – we couldn’t have a cup of tea, make breakfast, watch TV, use the washing machine, or even charge our phones. We came close to just leaving and finding a hotel. After we left, I sent a polite request for a partial refund. They didn’t even reply. This isn't how Airbnb works, guys - take responsibility please!

Very well maintained and clean apartment. Great location in he heart of Perth, close to the train station and with perfect places for breakfast and drinks ard it!

This apartment is in a fantastic location to explore Perth. It beats a hotel room hands down. With so many eateries and bars in walking distance, the arena and northbridge you are just spoilt for choice. The apartment building is very quiet and we hardly saw anyone and didn't hear anyone else. We with be back to enjoy this wonderful apartment again

The apartment is in a renovated former warehouse and is gorgeous. The location is perfect. Close to restaurants and transportation. We had heavy bags and it was no trouble to walk them to a to a very near taxi stand around the corner.

Fantastic location. Important to note there is no air con (if that is an issue for you, plenty of fans provided so was fine for us). Beautiful building and the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

I grew up in Perth and love travelling. There are still plenty of things on my bucket list but I have been to all the continents and still going.

Perth has wonderful natural beauty and in the last decade or so has really developed with lots of interesting eateries, bars and coffee shop.

This apartment is a stones throw from everything you want to see and a short train ride from one of the best beaches in the world. Cottesloe and City Beach are beautiful not to mention Port beach, South Beach, Trigg and anywhere on the coastline.

You can even head out to Rottnest Island on the ferry quite easily or drive down south to our famous Margaret River wine regions and surf beaches.

Hope you enjoy your stay.
