This 2-floor warehouse is by far the most unique and probably the largest Shoreditch property available on Airbnb. This apartment is on Curtain Road, the epicentre of Shoreditch where all the bars, street art and restaurants are.

This Shoreditch warehouse conversion was recently featured in the New York Times Style Magazine as an Airbnb place to stay.

Bed split:
X3 Double Bedrooms all with a king size bed (sleep 6).
X2 Friheten Ikea Double Sofa Beds (Sleep 4).
X2 Luxury Double Height Air Beds (Sleep 4).
If you don't need the air mattresses them all then they stay tucked away.

I prefer professional and corporate bookings and family get togethers. This place is perfect for companies looking to house a group of colleagues for their time in Shoreditch as everything will be at their doorstep.

Please check my calendar for when my apartment is available. This apartment is purely for sleeping, no events or party requests, I do accept corporate rentals.

This apartment is a 3 double bedroom 2 floor warehouse perfect for up to 14 people wanting the Shoreditch experience.

Amazing New York style 2-floor warehouse conversion on Curtain Road in the heart of Shoreditch, London's most vibrant area. This property is spread over two floors, one floor is one huge living area/lounge area, the second floor consists of three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and utility room.

This apartment has the WOW factor as you walk in, not only for the obvious reasons but the 110 year old floor and red bricks sets this place apart from the others. At night the lighting creates a great feel to this warm apartment. Yes it does have bongos.

Additional with this apartment, TV, Broadband Wifi unlimited, clean linen and towels. One huge lounge on one floor to hang out. I've had people stay here for a month at a time to just one night to write a review for the New York Times, whatever your stay requires I'm sure you will enjoy it.

You're looking in Shoreditch because it's where everything is happening. The main street where it's all happening is Curtain Road, my warehouse is on Curtain Road.

There is every type of cuisine you can imagine from Sushi to Shanghai street food is right on your doorstep. The apartment is also in the heart of Shoreditch surrounded by some of the coolest bars and clubs in London. Private Members Club with roof top swimming pool: Shoreditch House is 5 mins walk. Cow Shed where you can get a swedish massage. Only 5 mins walk and to keep fit or for a Spa visit Virgin Active Classic Broadgate only 5 mins walk.

Within 2 minutes walk from this extremely secured apartment you will find over 30 restaurants and bars. Although this apartment is in the heart of Shoreditch the location is off the main road and completely peaceful with no noise.

Just minutes away is the trendy Hoxton Square, Great transport links and the Square Mile/City. Direct link to Soho/West End (door to door in 25 mins).

Thank you so much for an amazing weekend. It was a great space, plenty of room for lots of people, amazing location, and would definitely recommend to people. The communication was amazing, Deb was so hopeful.

A group of friends and I just stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We only stayed one night but the living space was perfect for our needs. Communication was great throughout and Debs was very accommodating allowing us to check out a bit later in the morning. Some of the photos are perhaps a bit misleading because they show the same rooms twice just with updated decor but in fairness the captions for the pictures do state this. Just don't expect two bathrooms like I did! We stayed on a chilly December day but the flat was warm and cozy. None of the bedrooms have windows as they're in the basement but the upstairs is bright and spacious. The weekend rate is significantly more than the week rate but if there's enough of you staying it works out very reasonable.

This apartment is in the best location! Absolutely great for our group trip - couldn't have been a better spot! Hosts were fantastic to deal with - always responded quickly & so helpful!

We were met by Deb who was very welcoming and met as at the appropriate time. They were very accommodating with an earlier check in and this meant we could all use the flat for a group lunch as people arrived.

Jon and Debs made for incredibly accommodating hosts. Debs was extremely helpful and the loft was a great central location.

Hello everyone, I'm Jon and I live in sunny London!

I've got two properties, a warehouse apartment in Shoreditch, London and a 6-bedroom villa in Ibiza. It's rare I rent them to people who haven't got reviews from other hosts. I don't allow just anyone to rent them because they are my homes, I expect all my guests to treat my homes like their own and with this approach I've had great experiences and met some amazing people through Airbnb.

My Shoreditch Warehouse apartment was featured in the New York Times as an Airbnb place to stay... you can read the article if you search 'Su Casa Es Mi Casa' and 'New York Times'. It's a really cool review and I feel quite lucky they chose my place.

My villa in Ibiza is a 6-bed 7-bathroom modern villa with everything, it's super private and is in the perfect location of Santa Gertrudis, if you know Ibiza you'll know the location is incredible. I bought this in 2016 and have had some great guests from Airbnb.

As for me, I'm an entrepreneur with a simple approach to things. I work in Europe, Australia and the USA so I spend a lot of time away from London.

I've been really lucky to get great guests and I'm looking forward to meeting more cool people... Hopefully you're one of those.
