We have lived in Lyons for 20 years. Private space with access through main house. Guests will be greeted and shown around. Interact as much or as little as you like. We have had dinner with some guests from out of the country and we have had little conversation with others that want things quiet. We are a friendly outgoing family with teenage kids all around.
Ask us questions, we would be happy to share what we know abou the area.
Family neighborhood on a kid friendly culdesac.
2 bikes for you to use if you wish. The RTD is 2 blocks away. The Estes Park shuttle picks up in town, 25$ pp/one way. Booked on the phone. Walking distance to the festivals, 3 of the wedding venues and both parks. Lionscrest is a drive up the hill. The Farmette is about 3 blocks.
Let us know if you would like it quiet and we will try to accommodate the kids schedules.
This is a family home with a lot of teenagers around. Sorry no pets unless we talk ahead of time and we approve.
There is no smoking and no marijuana use of any kind, sorry.
Please no big parties.

My life motto is Happy Day!
I do love to travel but have little time to do so, but I live in one of the most beautiful towns in America. Our house is a charming home with a wrap around porch. The rental is the finished basement space that we use little now that our oldest daughter is in college. We still have 2 at home so be prepared to see kids all over.
There are many festivals and events that take place in town. Now you have a place to stay.
Our town was ravaged by the flood last year but is coming back strong. Our home was not damaged. Meadow Park is half open but Planet Bluegrass is a site to behold. The change is amazing.
Festivarians are welcome but no smoking is allowed at the home.
