There are 2 separate living areas - an open plan living room as well as a formal sitting and dining area. The master bedroom comes with a beautifully renovated ensuite and king size bed. There are 2 kids rooms, each with single beds and the 4th room has a queen sized bed

Surrey Hills is located just 16kms from the CBD and has ample public transport close by including trams, trains and buses.

Please treat the property with the same respect as you would your own home.

BOOKINGS

Upon accepting your booking you will be sent a ‘Terms & Conditions’ document that you must fill out and return.

The guest named at point one on the attached guest list remains the primary contact and assumes full responsibility for other guests and the tenancy of the property.


VISITORS

The number of overnight occupants must not exceed the number of guests made at the time of booking.

Please remember you are in a residential neighbourhood and whilst we want you to enjoy your holiday please be courteous and keep noise to a minimum after 11.00pm.

If complaints are received regarding noise or behaviour we reserve the right to evict guests from the property.

BOOKING ACCEPTANCE

Bookings are accepted in good faith. We will not be liable for damages of any kind should the booking have to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.


SMOKING

For the comfort of future guests we have a strict non-smoking policy inside the house. Smokers ashtrays are provided outside for your convenience and need to be emptied in the bins provided prior to departure.

Please do not throw cigarette butts into the garden beds as this is a high risk fire are

PERSONAL PROPERTY

No responsibility will be taken for any personal property left inside or outside the premises at any time.

BREAKAGES AND DAMAGE

In the event of appliances not working or damage to the property, you must inform the property manager promptly so the problem can be fixed.

Damage caused by guests is to be reported to the property manager and the cost or repair or replacement to be borne by the guest.

INSPECTION

An inspection of the premises can be made upon demand by our property manager if we believe the terms of this agreement are not being met.

CLEANING AND GARBAGE REMOVAL

You are asked to leave the property as you found it. Any additional cleaning required as a result of the property being left in an untidy state will be deducted from the bond.

If you are staying on a Thursday night please place the council bins out for early collection on a Friday morning. Please dispose of any garbage which will not fit into the bins provided.

If the BBQ is used, it must be cleaned thoroughly.

PETS

Outdoor pets are allowed.

INDEMNITY

The tenants will indemnify the owner against all liability which might otherwise attach to the owner as a result of injury, damage or loss (to person or property, suffered by any person where such injury, damage or loss has been caused by or contributed to by any act or omission of the tenants or his agents or invitees)

These conditions are agreed between the parties. Any infringement permits the owner to amend the rental or immediately terminate the tenancy.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Arrival & Departure times are dictated by bookings either side of yours.

Arrival time is from 3.00pm & Departure time is 11.00am (unless otherwise arranged).

All guests must vacate the property by the departure time arranged with us.

Key return location will be forwarded to you prior to your arrival.

EARLY ARRIVAL & LATE DEPARTURE REQUESTS

If you require an early arrival or late departure please request this prior to securing you booking.

Although we may confirm your request we reserve the right to change this in accordance with any new booking received.

AGREEMENT DOCUMENT

Upon accepting your booking through the ‘Airbnb’ website an ‘Agreement Document’ will be emailed to you to read and return asap.

The document outlines all of the above points and also requires you to supply the names and approximate age of each person staying.

We cannot accept your booking if you fail to agree to these terms.

Corie's place was a great place for our family to stay, close to nearby relatives. Her home is spacious and was well suited to our family of five (including three kids between 11-20) -- nice open plan living area for us to enjoy time together, and a bedroom for each meant everyone could have their own space. The photos are accurate, nicely decorated and relaxing space. The neighborhood is quiet, close to parks and great for walks. We especially enjoyed the back deck in the summer weather, super relaxing sitting out there. Note that two of the bedrooms do not have AC but do have standing fans; this was only slightly uncomfortable on one night when the mercury reached 37 degrees (we were glad the cooler weather returned!). Appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and sweets -- a very kind touch. We needed to extend our stay by a few days and Corie responded promptly to communication about this. Thanks Corie, we had a wonderful stay.

Thank you. Our stay in your home was very comfortable and welcoming. We have two children about the same age as yours so it was fantastic to have access to the sports equipment, games and dvds. Everything was great and as described.

Everything was perfect. The hosts made considerable efforts to make the house feel like home and even left on the air conditioning to help us Brits acclimatize to the 42 degree local heat on arrival day; plus lovely welcome gift as well. Such a nice house, and exactly as described. It was a completely ideal and perfect stay.

Corrie was a great host and communicator. The house was fantastic and as described. The outdoor area was perfect to relax in when the weather was kind. I really appreciated the family shifting out of the home at such short notice (over a long weekend) to accommodate us. It was like being invited to stay in a family home while they are away and and they've made every conceivable effort to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable one.

Thank you Corie for a wonderful stay. Warmly welcomed, requests accommodated and a very comfortable stay. We didn't want for anything. The location was great for proximity to the train and also to access freeways so we found moving around to be easy from there.
