The apartment is very cozy, warmly decorated and perfect for getting a true Amsterdam experience. With it being located in the city center and the tram stopping right in front of the door it is ideal for exploring the city by foot, bike or transport.
With it being a true Amsterdam sized apartment its not very big yet very cozy. When entering our building, you will most likely hear our downstairs neighbor , a hairdresser greet you in a true Amsterdam fashion, we always say Hi back and just let her know who we are coming for! The rest of us, live upstairs in separate apartments we all work and just respect the building and each other. No loud music or craziness makes living in our corner building super relaxed. The apartment is situated on the third floor and there is no lift.
It's cozy, clean and recently refurnished so the apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home.
It has 1 separate small bedroom with a cosy bed 150cm wide , with a medium soft mattrass and a cloudy duvet.
A fully operating kitchen, fridge, gas stove, oven incl microwave and dishwasher. Wich will all be explained on arrival.
Functional bathroom, hairdryer available and always some shampoo and shower gel that you can use. No washing machine or dryer but there are laundromats on walking distance.
The living room has a big table and very comfy couch with a HD TV with Netflix available for you to use if you feel like snuggling up and staying in.
You are welcome to use of everything in the house. Just treat it like it was your own. I love my stuff, and I love to share, so it's appreciated if you take just as good care of it as I would.
In short, it's a house that's being lived in in a buzzing city. So yes you will hear the occasional sirens pass by , and a tram stop and people on bikes singing after a night of partieing. But that's the Amsterdam experience for you.
Generosity and warm hospitality is what I hope you will take home with you!
Accès des voyageurs
In case you come by car there are parking spots available all over (right in front of the door or in the street on the right) but it does get expensive if you park it there long-term.
If you arrive with public transport its super easy to find. You just take tram 4 from Amsterdam Centraal (train station) and get out at the "Frederiksplein" stop. From there its a 2 minute walk.
The apartment is across the street from Hotel V.
