Modern one bedroom, ground floor apartment with free allocated parking.

Only a five minute walk from York train station.

Within easy walking distance to the city centre of the beautiful & historic city of York.

The apartment is let on a self catering & leave clean as you find basis.

The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the Lounge and we now have a travel cot available for guests to use.

Our apartment has an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The lounge has a large TV and DVD player along with a selection of DVD's to relax with. We have a selection of books to use during your stay too.

Free wifi is available to our guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs including electric oven, gas hob, fridge (with ice box), dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster and kettle.

In the kitchen, we provide dishwasher detergent, washing up liquid (if you prefer to wash by hand) and a selection of cloths and towels. This is also where we keep the first aid kit, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, iron and ironing board.

The shower room has a very large, twin sliding door shower cubicle with a low step, wash hand basin and W.C. The shower cubicle has two grab rails fitted inside.

In the shower room, we provide liquid soap, toilet paper a selection of towels and flannels.

All towels, linen and bedding are changed after every check out (or every weekend if you stay longer than 7 nights).

The sofa bed can be made up for you on request however, it really is easy to open out and all bedding can be found in the bedroom wardrobe.

You will be renting the whole apartment on a self catering basis so no sharing anything with others. You will have full use of everything in the apartment during your stay.

Car parking in St. Peters Quarter has a permit parking system. The parking space is allocated and ONLY our allocated parking bay can be used. A valid permit is provided during your stay and must be displayed at all times.

We feel that nothing should come between you and your privacy during you stay in our apartment. You will only see us at check in unless you need us for anything.

Please Note: Check out is strictly 11:00am unless by prior agreement.

One of the best features of our apartment is the location. It's close enough to be right in the centre of York on foot in 10-15 minutes but far enough away to be peaceful.

The award winning National Railway Museum is only 150 meters from the apartment and there are two car rental companies within the same distance.

York benefits from a vast public transport system. Buses are never far away and usually run between 8 & 15 minutes intervals to most locations during peak times. The apartment is on the No 5 route that you can find information for on the First York web site. A first day pass will allow you unlimited use of all First York buses for a day at a fixed price.

The train station is approximately 400 meters from the apartment. At the front of train station there is also a taxi rank.

As well as the historic side of York, there is the romantic side, not to mention all of the festivals, the specialist markets, York Races and the shopping.

The building is completely non smoking and unfortunately pets are not allowed in any part of the building at any time.

Check in anytime after 15:00 (3pm)

24 Hour check in is now available. This means that you can check in at any time after 15:00 of your arrival day. We ask our guests to respect noise levels and check in as quietly if arriving late so as not to disturb our neighbours. We have a keyless entry system for guests to use but we are happy to meet you at the apartment with keys if you are arriving before 22:00 (10pm).

We will always try to be as flexible as possible with check in and checkout times. If you would like alternative times, please just let us know. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we may be able to provide secure storage for luggage.

Please be aware that the apartment is let on a self catering basis. All of the kitchen ware must be washed and left as found before checking out. Our cleaners will wash any kitchen ware that is not clean but they do charge an additional £10.00 for this service, which would be passed on.

If no prior arrangement has been made for late check out, the latest check out is strictly 11:00 (am). Our cleaning service provider charge us if they need to return to the property due to a late check out that we haven't informed them about. For this reason, we would have to pass the charge on.

We ask all guests to respect our neighbours by being considerate with noise levels at night and regretfully, no late night parties please.

Only you and your original party of guests may stay at the property during your stay. Our maximum occupancy is strictly 4 guests plus 1 infant using a cot.

All guests are required to take all reasonable and proper care of the apartment and its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of repair, condition, cleanliness and tidiness as at the commencement of the rental period. If for any reason the guest is not satisfied with the accommodation, please notify us immediately. We respectfully ask all guests not to remove or move any items around or from room to room.
