Échanges avec les voyageurs

I am very often in Bohol, but I also travel a lot. I always make it a point to interact with guests, tour them around, and make sure that they're comfortable and having a great time.

If I am not around however, our trained and friendly staff are available to make sure that the guests are having a wonderful time and their needs are being met.

The place was far from the city, cozy and nice old/ native decorations. Staff are friendly. The room that I originally booked was not the room they give me, I was not informed not until we arrived, the good thing is the other room that we booked was upgraded. The bath towels has rusty stain, it was presented nice on the bed with decoration but when I open the bath towel has a rusty stain, I just requested a new one. The shower pressure is low, so I ended up using a pale and small basin to shower. The drain always clogged everytime we shower, we ask the receptionist to check, he clean and he plunger it. Day 1 on country tour- we were pick up by 1 driver with assistance, unfortunately those two has no idea/ experience on touring the town, we went to blood compact and luckily the one who is selling the Souvenirs Explained everything to us. but they were helpful with my cousin who is wheelchair bound. Day2 island hopping etc. The driver just drop us off to the island and driver of the boat tour us to the dolphins, turtle/ virgin island etc. and I notice we finished at 1pm, time run so fast we don't kno any idea was is our itinerary for that day. Since we have enough time, we decided to go back to zip line since we didn't get a chance to go yesterday because it was raining. Day 2 at night - receptionist told me that we didn't go to panglao island, because we went to zip line, I told the receptionist that we don't have any idea that was included on the itinerary. we don't have a guide since day 1. the zip line was just a sudden plan since the island tour was finish early. The good thing is we get refunded for the panglao tour. We all felt like we are just left out of nowhere. It's a little bit frustrated but we just enjoy every single day that we have. A tour guide (doesn't have to be well knowledgeable to the place but has a little idea on what's good restaurants/ history etc.) means a lot esp for tourist like us.

Hello Quennie, Thousand thanks for all that you did for us during our stay in Natura Vista. We keep a wonderful feeling for all, the delicious food we eaten, the kindness of all the team, all was very very good! I hope a very very long way to Natura Vista. Try to mobilize people around from time to time to pick up some plastic to beautify your beautiful beach, it has many assets, including marine life. Cécile and Yves

Queenies place, Natura Vista was a great experience. As in GREAT! The staff is so sweet and welcoming, the place is charming even the neighbours are nice. We were upgraded as a lovely gesture, so we stayed in one of the huts with bathroom and veranda. Super nice! When we arrived we were greated with Comp. coffee and snacks. We stayed at Natura Vista 4 days/3 nights. We went to the cave, rented a bike and drove around the island and went snorkling in the nearby sanctuary. They helped us with all of these things. Part of the food comes directly from the garden - so nice. The pictures from the place match reality. It really is a hidden gem of pure relaxation and wellness. Yes, it it not near Alona Beach, but that's not why you should visit Natura Vista. Visit because you want something true and heartful.

The place was nicely situated close to a public beach and far from the busyness of the city. If one is looking for a quiet getaway, then the place is just perfect. The people in Natura Vista are also very helpful on our needs as there are not a lot of establishments around.
