There is a Sonos wireless music system with four distinct zones throughout the house that can be controlled with any smartphone, tablet or computer. Volume can be played at independent volumes in each zone. There is also a 55-inch TV with an excellent sound system. You’ll find simple instructions for all the AV equipment in the house and/or in the hospitality packet online.
Kids above 8 welcome; younger children considered upon request.

Guests have access to the condo (2 bed, 1.5 bath, laundry, and balcony deck) and to the community yard with discretion. Guests do not have access to the ground-level deck area (that belongs to the neighbors) or to the community common house.

The condo shares walls with and is above neighbors. The space is reasonably well-insulated, but please be respectful and courteous of our neighbors. Please keep the volume reasonable when playing music through the Sonos system (and low if you have any windows open).
Please be especially careful with food or drink near the couch; the TV tables are not sturdy. Guests may be charged for stains on the couch or elsewhere.

As a facilitator of communication and transformation, I’m a course leader and program developer in the potent relational practice of Circling, and its broader umbrella, Authentic Relating, at the Integral Center in Boulder, CO. I also lead marketing and develop curriculum for our flagship facilitator training, and I’m moving toward doing the same for our online products and global reach.
As a digital marketer and business strategist, I spent most of the past seven years helping to build an innovative digital agency ( from infancy to $100M and 100 employees. I led all aspects of major performance-oriented initiatives for brands such as Chili’s, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Toyota, often with 8-figure budgets and billions of impressions. I left IMM earlier this year to put my skills toward projects I’m even more passionate about than Chips & Queso and health insurance metrics.
I love collaborating to draw out distinctions and evolve ideas. I love it when, through conversation, we see something we might not otherwise see - whether about our own lives or relationships, about each other, or about a business problem. I’m at once a detail-obsessed intellectual and a sensitive artist type; I love accuracy almost as much as I love music.
