This was an excellent launching pad for a visit to LA. Universal Studios, downtown Hollywood, the beaches in LA, Griffith Park, and shopping trips were feasible from here. Internet speed was excellent and made for great Netflix movie nights. Quinn and Gail were perfect hosts.

I had high expectations based upon other reviews, and Quinn did not disappoint. He contacted me the day before my arrival to check on my estimated time of arrival, and although my flight was delayed it was not a problem. His place was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and conveniently located to training that I was doing in Hollywood. Quinn was readily available if I needed anything or had any questions. I will definitely return if/when I travel to LA again. II would highly recommend staying at Quinn's place on your next trip to LA.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this place. It's a roomy house that's comfortable, cozy, and clean. It had everything we needed, and the interior design of the place is great. The beds are comfortable, the A/C is strong, and the cable TV is a wonderful treat. The house is secluded and quiet, which we loved. And the location is great--close to the freeway and in walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. Quinn and Gail are wonderful hosts, too! Check-in was easy and Quinn was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this place!

This was our first time using Airbnb. It was fantastic better than we ever expected. Quinn was very accommodating to her needs. The home was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We can't wait to stay again!

Quinns place was perfect! Great guest house, right by the freeway entrance so it was easy to get around, great location and overall perfect. I was just about to skip my flight and move in! I highly recommend staying here, especially if you are travelling with 2 or more people. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Quinn's place is a home away from home, extremely clean and comfortable with everything you need and extra. Quinn and his wife are also prompt at answering guests' questions, and are pretty flexible regarding guest rules if concerns are delivered to them in a timely manner. Great place! Lovely hosts! For all my future trips to Cali, Quinn's place will always be my first choice to book.
