My flat is bright, cosy and safe on the first floor. I have one double bedroom (your room) on the same level as the reception room, kitchen and bathroom with plenty of room to relax.

(Note: it is a 2bdrm flat so it's a great size. You will have the place to yourself. The other room is in the loft but this is off limits as it's my room.)

This is my home so I'm looking for people who want a nice flat to crash in, feel safe and enjoy their time in London or their visit to family/friends.
*If you want a place to party in or have late nights at then I'd prefer you tried another airbnb.

Our flat lies between Peckham Rye and East Dulwich giving you two lovely London villages with very different vibes. East Dulwich is more established with lovely little independent shops and a small Saturday market surrounded by loads of gastropubs, it's great place to spend a Saturday if you love food!

Peckham Rye is up and coming with cool independent bars and cafe's with a trendy crowd. In summer, Bussy Building has a roof top bar and films every night and Franks Campari Bar on the top of the public car park is a must stop in if nothing else but for the coolest view of London.

If it's raining (surely not in London!) then pop down to the cheapest cinema in London to PeckhamPlex - £4.95!

So if you want diversity, energy, and to experience real London living while visiting London's major attractions, then this location couldn't give you a better experience. It's also safe and friendly

Great connections to:
London Bridge - 9mins train - The Shard, Borough Market, The Tate, Tower Bridge) and,
Shoreditch High Street - Brick Lane, Hoxton Square, Spitalfield Market) and,
Access to Regent St, Bond Street, Buckingham etc within 25mins by tube
Euston and Kings Cross are 30mins by tube

My flat is only 7mins walk to access the train and new East London line tube as well as buses.

The No. 12 bus, if you fancy a double decker bus experience instead but it takes approx 45mins to 60mins and goes all the way to Oxford Circus. This is a nice option if you aren't in a rush so you can take in and experience London as you drive through it and then see Big Ben, the Thames and Trafalgar Square.

My parents had a lovely stay at Louise's place. Although they had some hot water issues the flat was well equipped and in a great location. Thanks Louise

I'm sorry to hear that, you should have messaged me. It was a particularly cold week in London during their stay and sometimes you need to run the tap longer when it's that cold as it comes straight from the mains on the street.

Very charming and friendly flat in a typical house. We had a pleasant stay at Louise's home. The area has good restaurants and is close to the railway station. A good experience of english way of life!

I'm a Kiwi, lived in London for 15yrs and love Peckham Rye and East Dulwich because of their diversity, buzz, and a strong community vibe with local independent businesses supported by everyone. It's also easy to get into Central London, pop to Wapping for a pint in the sun on the Thames or go up to Shoreditch for markets and all things 'East London cool'.

I love London, New York, Waiheke Island (New Zealand), South Devon, Paris, India, the list goes on...plus skiing, food, theatre, cycling, photography....
