Located in North Evergreen in a quiet mature neighborhood. This part is the main level with 3 bdrm, 2 baths, living rm, dining rm kitchen and A/C. There is a large covered deck off the kitchen with a gas & charcoal BBQ. Washer & dryer. No Smoking
This area is the main 3 bedroom two bath split level home with living room, dinning room and kitchen on one level and the 3 bedrooms are on the split level, 7 stairs to the bedroom level. It is Air Conditioned. There is a large deck off the kitchen and a rear yard. The Home has a "Daylight Basement" that is currently rented out. The concrete patio goes with the basement. The deck and back yard goes with your airbnb 3 bdrm rental. The garage is a normal 2 car parking garage with a utility room. The utility room is for all guests to use. One parking space in the driveway is assigned to the airbnb renters exclusively with additional parking on the street. There is also a Cabana Club with a swimming pool and all the amenities, see guest access.

Cabana Club pool, diving pool, children's pool, sand volleyball area, basketball court, large BBQ area, as it is a private club I must accompany you to the pool area and once familiar with the club you may go on your owne. I may not be available at a time you may want to go.
The Cabana is located 2 blocks from the home and requires a one dollar per guest fee. The pool closes for the winter.
The utility room is in the garage and is for all guests to use.

I will gladly introduce you to the place, or let you know where the keys are so you can make yourself at home. I am available by phone for any questions or situations that may come up. On occasion the housekeeper or host my enter the home to see that every thing is in good working order such as the bathrooms the kitchen and appliances or the water and lighting system or anything else that might need attention. If you have a long stay you may request housekeeping services to clean the house and reset the bedroom and bath linens, this service requires and additional charge and may vary with what you might want done.
I travel extensively for business and play. When I am not away I sometimes stay in a granny unit located on the premises.
One parking space in the driveway next to the home entrance is exclusively for airbnb guest. There is also lots of parking on street. If you need other parking arrangements please let me know. There is a lost key or not returned key fee of $40.00. We re-key when this occurs. Check in and check out are flexible. If no one is leaving on the day you arrive you may check in early in the day. If no one is arriving on the day you check out you may leave late in the day. You must okay your check in or check out time with your host as it takes 4-5 hours to re set and clean the home for new arriving guests.
No smoking in the house. Your host and neighbors prefer you to smoke out on sidewalk at the street. Smoke swirls and sometimes enters the home or basement when you smoke on the deck or in the yard. The concrete patio belongs to the Daylight Basement and not for airbnb use. QUIET TIME is at 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends as there are other neighbors around that may want peace and quiet.
Pets must be approved before occupancy.
Although not required It is best to remove your shoes upon entering the home since the floors are hardwood and walking on the floor with your shoes on makes a lot of noise and could possibly damage the floor.
All guests who intend to have a special occasion party for their relatives and friends must observe the no smoking in the home and 9pm weekdays and 10pm weekends QUIET TIME POLICY.
Sorry we do not allow pets and smoking or drugs in and out of the house.
Respect our neighbors, try not make too much noise at night.
