Upgraded, spacious three bedroom home perfectly located just South of Downtown Austin. Beautiful interior and combined with unbeatable design, well laid out for entertaining. Ideal location to walk, bike or cab to everything Austin has to offer.
Our 3BR/3BA home has high-end fixtures and appliances throughout the first floor. Impeccably designed, this property is an entertainer’s dream comfortable for any group, whether you are on a family vacation, attending a festival in Zilker Park, traveling with colleagues, or on a romantic getaway.
The main floor of the home has an open floor plan with a large gourmet kitchen, living room and dining room, providing the perfect space for cooking and hanging out. The huge living space comes equipped with a 65” flat screen TV (DirecTV) and a wrap-around, leather couch with a matching chaise lounge. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a coffee maker, a blender, a juicer, pots and pans, etc. Just off the kitchen is the dining area which has a large 72” round table for family/group meals.
On the main floor, guests will find two bedrooms, each with attached bathrooms. The first bedroom has a comfortable pillow-top queen bed with a stylish leather upholstered headboard, and an attached full bath with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom, refreshed with new furniture in early 2016, has a pillow-top queen size bed. It has an attached full bath with a walk-in shower.
The massive master suite is located on the second floor which offers great privacy from the rest of the house. It has a mini retreat with its own private gas fireplace, and a couch. It’s perfect for lounging after a hot bath or reading a book. There is a 55" plasma Smart TV and DVD player with Netflix and other streaming apps. It features beautiful dark wood furniture, a walk-in closet, a king size pillow-top bed, and a full bathroom with a separate, large soaking tub and shower. The master bedroom also has a private balcony. In the event that more than six guests are staying in the house, a very comfortable high-end queen sleeper sofa is located in the Master BR. It easily folds out and has a pump to provide a pillow top, and is probably the best sleeper sofa I have laid on.
There is a BBQ outside the front door for use but may need propane refill. The front yard is fenced for privacy and to ensure guests have their own designated space to enjoy while in the yard.
The City of Austin limits occupancy to six unrelated adults.

*Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the property manager to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the property manager receives information about excessive noise, TurnKey has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the property manager to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes TurnKey to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
