Guests have an entire floor with a large Bedroom, sitting area, dining table, en-suite bathroom with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, and self-contained fully equipped kitchen. Bedding and clean towels provided and refreshed each 7 days for longer stays.
Guests are to enter the property and use the hallway to access their flat. They are not entitled to use other parts of the house unless invited. No noise - tv, music, conversation, etc, should be able to be heard outside the flat after 10pm, or before 7am, or 8am on Sundays. Strictly no smoking.
