A beautifully designed home that has
great circulation between its home studio/ spacious family rooms & adjoining luminous dining and kitchen space. Great for entertaining in /outdoor and everyday family life.

2 spacious double en-suite bedrooms (Super-king & twin) and a separate guest room (bunkbeds) with a third guest bathroom.

At the front of the house a versatile home studio opens into the spacious family room with an open fireplace. Flowing from and completing this entertainment space there is an L shaped Dining room and Kitchen. These open directly on to the rear garden with an outdoor seating area & grill.

Hot/cold air-conditioning & alternative Gas Central heating throughout. Bathrooms, Kitchen & dining room also have underfloor heating.

There is also a pretty front garden, car port (fits large SUV) & covered porch to especially enjoy sundown and friendly neighborhood life.

For peace of mind the house is fitted with a full security alarm system & bars on all windows and doors.

There is a high speed fibre optic (wifi reach throughout) cable installation.

One of the highest concentration of restaurants, bars and cafes in the city all to be enjoyed within walking distance. Within a safe 2 block radius we have: - a variety of Uruguayan steak houses, Mexican, European and local one of kind eat-in or take food establishments - large supermarket and numerous corner shops selling everything from gourmet cakes, ice-cream and other fresh local produce - On the high-street we have everything from cross-fit training centre & kick boxing gym, an independent movie theatre, Mcdonalds, banks etc. - Dance, Pilates, Yoga, Tango day spas, alternative therapeutic centers et all. - Local farmers market both on a street near by and twice weekly in the local Biaritz Park and a variety of outlets selling organic foods or specialist imported produce/medicines - great selection of bi-lingual kinder gardens and primary schools

the local cross street of 21 de setiembre and Jose Elauri is an important transport hub for city buses and taxis. In addition to the services listed within 2 blocks of the house we are in easy walking distance of the Rambla and Pocitos and Park Rodo beaches, Park Rodo kids playground and Visual Arts Museum & various local galleries, Punta Carretas shopping centre (arguably the best shopping centre in the country with its multiplex cinema etc.) Via Aqua spa & Gym one of the best Day Spas in South America and a variety of world class hotels and independent boutiques.

We are ideally looking to let this home long term, 6 months or more. This may suit a young family or professional couple who may need to work from home (we have a design studio space here for our kids wear label Trommpo ) while seeking to re-locate to Uruguay.
