The home is within five miles of Midlands Technical College and the Columbia Metropolitan Airport. There is close access to both I-26 (Exit 113) and I-77 interstates (Exit 1). It is a 23 Minute drive to Fort Jackson and approximately a short 20 minute drive to downtown Columbia areas like, Colonial Life Arena, Vista, and the UofSC.

Parties or social gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at this property and are governed by the homeowners association for Lake Frances. Only reserved guests are permitted on the property and is strictly enforced.
