Attached to a plantation style Carivbbean 'gingerbread' house sitting atop a hillside , the studio is set in a rain forest garden with tropical friuts when in season. This is a typical Caribbean wood 'board' house inside with everything necessary for self catering, plus cable TV and WIFI access.. It opens out onto a pool walkway, small plunge pool and sundeck with views over Scarborough, the capital of Tobago and out to sea. Fun to watch the ferries from Trinidad come and go! In a rural location and yet only 5 minutes drive from town and 15 minutes to several of Tobago's best beaches. Ideally situated for exploring the island.
Hear and see parrots, mot mots , hummingbirds, blue Jjans, all from the deck.
The main house is run as B& B, the owner is a yoga teacher and offers sessions and can arrange massages for guests, all in the pretty studio onsite. Experienced, friendly and knowledgable hosts, Glnny (UK) and her husband Kelly, Tobagonian, can tell you how to get the very best from Tobago with tips for the local 'liming' spots and diary of events like Carnival in February,Goat & Crab Races at Easter, Jazz Experience in April, Heritage Festival in July, Festival of Wind, and so much more. There's always something happening in Tobago!..For a small island, there is a lot to explore & plenty to do. with mountain biking, diving, swimming with horses, dancing (Tobago loves to party!) waterfall hikes beach/bbq picnics, tennis, two golf courses or just chill in a hammock with a rum punch!. You can do as much or as little as you wish.
Please note; the main house is available for rental too, either rooms on a B& B basis or the entire space for a minimum of two weeks.

And, by the way, you may get a dance experience whilst here. Kelly and I love to dance and to encourage guests to 'free up' on the dance floor.local style. All part of the cultural experience of the Caribbean. So...... leave your baggage behind , slip off your shoes and enjoy the sand between your toes.
