À propos de ce logement
Our room is walking distance to the sea and in the buzzing alternative Charminster district with it's cosmopolitan atmosphere. Lots of surrounding parks and leisure facilities including golf courses and football stadium.
We have two rooms which both have single beds and bedding. We find this covers most bookings but don't mind if you request the beds to be put together. Each room has a wardrobe and chest of draws and bedside lamps. We don't as yet provide a TV as most guests either have laptops or tablets and rarely spend so much time in the room other than sleeping.
Accès des voyageurs
Guests have use of a shared bathroom and shower which is separate from family use. The family kitchen is there to be used if required and space can be made in the fridge and a separate storage cupboard provided. We do ask that food ( especially fresh) be kept in the kitchen as accidents happen which are best avoided.

We have lived in Bournemouth for a number of years and like to explore ourselves. We love travellers and encourage you to talk to us about where you want to go or generally share stories, so don't be shy. Alternatively, if you prefer to keep yourselves to yourselves, we can respect that.
Simple thing, if you need something, just ask. We may or may not be able to help, but we will try. You are our guest. If you think we can improve something it's better to let us know instead of leaving a negative review. If we can fix it you will know that it was your idea.
We have stayed as Airbnb guests ourselves and know how it is being in someone else's home All we ask is treat it as your home in all the right ways. We remove our shoes when we enter the house and and eat in the kitchen or at the table as you are welcome to as well. Of course no smoking and be careful of slamming doors when you come home a little late at night, we have neighbours too.

Hi, my name's Ian and love to travel independently as I'm sure you do. I've been to many places around the world and love meeting people and making friends. I am very happy to open my door to new people too and to help promote my wonderful town and country to them and to show them what England really is. I live near the beach and love running, walking and cycling, generally being outdoors. I also have a passion for photography and have a lot to photograph on my doorstep.
Generally I couldn't live without travel and the day my bucket list is empty I guess I would have nothing to live for.
My motto on life is "If you think you can, you can" I don't want to think about the negative side of the quote.
