This brand new lodge offers outstanding views and superior quality throughout the home. Nestled on a large private corner lot in exclusive High Timber Ranch, this 4 bedroom(4 + loft) home is sure to please groups looking for a special occasion.

Le logement

This area in Big Bear is very quiet and utilities are underground, so nothing spoils the view. The great room offers large picture windows and opens to a deck that has a bbq, hot tub, and outdoor furniture. It can sleep a group of up to 15 and is perfect for 2 families. All of the furniture throughout the property is new and the home contains every upgrade imaginable.

You are a guest of Big Bear Lake and staying in a Residential Area. You are expected to respect the neighborhood and those near you.
The first call for disturbing the peace or exceeding the occupancy or number of cars will result in a $75.00 charge to the card the reservation was made under.
Any call after that will result in ejection from the premises with no refund.

RESPECT NEIGHBORHOOD TRANQUILITY. Disturbing the peace of the Residential Neighborhood you are occupying is a city ordinance violation. Please keep noise to a minimum, including children playing loudly, parties, and any loud noises between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am.

ABIDE BY OCCUPANCY LIMITS. Each property is licensed to accommodate a maximum amount of people, DAY AND NIGHT. Overcrowding is dangerous, disrespectful, and illegal. Please do not exceed the designated amount.

DISPOSE OF TRASH PROPERLY. "Clean Bear Sites" are available nearby all residential areas. These sites are funded by homeowners through local property taxes. Please take all household trash items to these sites; not doing so is disrespectful and a violation of the code of conduct.

PARK CARS APPROPRIATELY. The Big Bear Lake Ordinance limits the number of cars parked at each property, and this number is displayed on a sign on each house. Parking more cars is a city ordinance violation. Please use common sense – Do not block streets or corners and keep all cars parked on driveways. During snow conditions, avoid large fines: do not block plows or park anywhere on the street.

DO NOT DISPOSE OF ASHES FROM BBQ'S AND FIREPLACES. It is against Five Star Vacation Rentals’ policy for guests to remove or dispose of Fireplace or BBQ ashes. Our Housekeeping Department will properly and safely dispose of all ashes. If you need ash removal, please contact our office. Any improper disposal on ashes will result in charges equal to the amount of the security deposit for this cabin.

Wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Lovely views. Well stocked kitchen. The only thing is trash needs to be taken to local trash site. There is not trash service. Wonderful time there.

We had an incredible, relaxing stay at this secluded lodge! It couldn't have been more perfect for our group of 13, wiht plenty of space to go around. The jacuzzi, pool table, and foosball table were excellent perks to our trip, giving us more fun activities! The lodge is nicely tucked away in a quiet residential area, allowing for moderately-easy (mountain driving) access while still feeling very private and secluded. The place was clean and felt homey, though slightly dated in certain ways. Only had one small maintenance issue which our host quickly sent over a maintenance guy to assist with. (By the way, Jerry the maintenance guy was AWESOME and took care of the light bulbs and small couple of things we noticed promptly and with professionalism). Ultimately we had a handful of notes, but absolutely no complaints. . Our host was great, communicating quickly and effectively, and taking care of all the things we needed. My notes and tips for travelers thinking of renting this lodge: -DO IT!! -The photo of the upstairs landing doesn't do it justice, and my guest who slept on the twin bed out there said it was incredibly comfortable, it's much more spacious than the photo looks. -There is a small "yard" area which isn't perfectly level but worked amazingly for us to play corn hole and had plenty of trees for a couple of hammocks! We were glad we brought ours because the stars are incredible at night there... -While this place lists "essentials", it's slightly deceiving based on what normal essentials can be. They DO NOT provide any kinds of spices or basic cooking oils, ect. Be sure to plan for that, because they can't let any kind of food or food related items stay in the home. The cookie sheet is a mini size so if you plan to need a cookie sheet that's larger or standard size you'll want to bring it along! :) Enjoy your stay!

Pretty and cozy home. Really enjoyed the balcony with the bbq and hot tub. It was a great place to have your morning coffee while looking at the mountains. Brought my 5 month old and it was comfortable for him. We had the max amount of guests in the house, it was spacious enough where we didn't feel like we were in each others ways.

The perfect place to just get away from it all and to just gaze up to the stars. No noise whatsoever in the vicinity of the cabin, and the amenities were luxurious to say the least, I am willing to stay here again.
