Enjoy a restful nights stay in one of the USA's most beautiful towns. This 1920's waterfront cottage has the ambiance of yesteryear, but the creature comforts of an upscale resort. Eastport is a delightful water town and only steps back to Annapolis.
Creek View Cottage is located in the Eastport part of Annapolis. Eastport is a sought after location not only because of it's ease of walking back into Annapolis Main Street, but also because of its' warm and eclectic feel of yesteryear but also waterfront restaurants, grills, and taverns.
CVC offers guests 2 bedrooms, they are listed separately under CVCking and CVCQueen. These bedrooms have privacy for entry and exit because guest enter upstairs with one set of stairs and owners have their own set of stairs. At the top of these stairs are the 2 bedrooms and one large shower and tub bathroom that is shared. With possible infrequent occasions, we mostly rent only one bedroom at a time so that mostly the bathroom is private to whomever is renting. We will sometimes rent both bedrooms together in the case of friends and/or family traveling together, but do reserve the right to rent them to separate groups should their be the unlikely need for one weekend. To help with a shared bathroom space, their is a 1/2 on the first floor that can be used when the upstairs may be occupied. All amenities such as wonderful linens on the beds, towels, shampoos, conditioners, dryers, etc. are all provided. Pack your essentials and let us provide the rest. Another room is available upon request.

As hosts we enjoy meeting our guests and enjoy chatting with them if they seem to be the type that enjoy that. If more private, we would honor that as well.
We do have a puggle (part pug-part beagle) named Scooter. Sweet dog, but if you don't like dogs or are allergic, we would not be a good match for you. Sorry, because of Scooter, we DO NOT allow other dogs.
Yes, definitely; behavior and consideration of not only we as your hosts, but your behavior and consideration to also our neighbors is key to a great stay. As your host, I'm am allergic to any form of smoke, (URL HIDDEN) smoking of ANYTHING is allowed, inside or out.
No cigar, or cigarette smoking, and for sure, no illegal substance.
Guests are asked to park on Burnside St or on 6th ave.
Guests are asked to come in quietly once bedtime hours arrive. Enjoying conversation and the fire pit on the patio is welcomed but guests are asked to come inside by 10:30 since noise and laughter carry further on the water.
No 'potty' mouth' language please, keep it sweet, humorous and enjoyable for all of us
Consideration is mostly what we ask: Treat our house with the respect that you would treat your own and we will all be happy. Like a mommy says, you mess it up, you clean it up.
Strip your sheets and your pillow cases and bring them and your used towels to the first floor before leaving, that's truly appreciated!
Husband and wife married for 39 years and with Steve being a New York boy and Carol, a Georgia girl, who would'a thought.... we could have survived and thrived all those years! Not our parents, for sure...Together, they lived abroad in Italy and Japan, and with state side job related stops in Ohio, Indiana, Texas, Virginia, and North Carolina and now Maryland. They moved to Baltimore in 2005 and then to Annapolis is 2009 and can't imagine a better city to live in.
Steve is an avid cyclist. Carol cycles as well, but only in a more recreational sense as she prefers the roads that have a little more shoulder to ride on!
Carol runs a guest cottage in Saint Michael's, MD called Harbor Hideaway. Besides managing that she loves to garden and volunteers for Historic Annapolis William Paca gardens.
They both love to entertain and with all their moves through the years, there is always someone stopping through!
We have three grown children that live in the' fun to visit' cities of Boston and San Francisco, which by way, have some wonderful AirBnB guest houses! We try to use AirBnB as much as possible. Come see us!
