Royal Mile Mansions is located on North Bridge, with the flat itself looking over Cockburn Street just off the Royal Mile. The flat is centrally located 30 seconds from the Royal Mile and only a 5 minute walk to the main shopping destinations and transport links.
There is an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars in the surrounding area, not to mention the added benefit of Edinburgh Waverley Station being only two minutes around the corner.
The property has been well maintained with modern furnishings and a unique styling in a traditional setting. The entrance to the flat is spacious, with storage facilities, and decorated with images of Scotland past and present. The main living area is tastefully adorned with oriental décor, a large sofa, lounge chairs, and a dining table (suitable for four people). With a newly renovated double bedroom, living room and kitchen area it makes for quite a spacious one bedroom flat. The bathroom is clean and well maintained, one flat has a shower over the bath and our other flat has a shower.

Please note that there might be noise as the bedroom and living room look out onto Cockburn street and the Royal Mile. There are however thick curtains in the bedroom that shuts most of the noise out.

Please note - Any bookings or enquiries over New Year will be subject to a £500.00 security deposit before arrival. This will be returned once the apartment has been checked after departure.
From September, the flat become available as an entired shared flat for medium term length, with a minimum stay of 28 nights and a maximum of 4-5 months. Ideal for exchange students.
